“Long overdue review. Jim replaced the upholstery in my 1997 Jaguar and made it look like a new car. He went the extra mile to repair some plastic trim pieces that were brittle form old age. Last week my grandkids came and kicked some of the upholstery lose. I stopped in unannounced and Jim took time from the project he was working on to repair the damage they'd done while I waited. He's been in the business a long time and is really a craftsman. Highly recommend!”

“Hit a deer. Made a claim. Had to wait 20-30 minutes in lobby to be seen & vehicle inspection was only visual with a mild test drive.
I explained things I heard & felt to be different since the deer incident while driving to Folsom Toyota Colision Shop. Was told they'd know more once parts are being removed. I hope so!
Told parts are on back order could be 3-4 weeks out.
Glad vehicle is safe enough to drive, but I'm not gonna drive much because I don't trust visual inspections. So will minimize my driving until parts are in & schedule repair date.
I elected to have Toyota dealership handle collision repairs as it's my first issue on vehicle & I trust the dealership to know their product inside/outside.”
