The store manager said to give him a minute to finish up with the customer and he would help me . I had an alternator put on my car recently and thought that was the cause of my lights. But he assured me that, that wasn't my issue. He had me pop my hood and he went to work, it ended up being my headlights, he told me that with the headlights more than likely if I change 1 the other may go out, which made sense, so he changed both my bulbs, I'm so grateful for him because I was with my daughter and it's kinda scary out at night these days. I would like to give a special thanks to James
Messier at store 5916 for going out of his way to make sure that I made it home safely, especially since his store was about to close.”

“Hit a deer. Made a claim. Had to wait 20-30 minutes in lobby to be seen & vehicle inspection was only visual with a mild test drive.
I explained things I heard & felt to be different since the deer incident while driving to Folsom Toyota Colision Shop. Was told they'd know more once parts are being removed. I hope so!
Told parts are on back order could be 3-4 weeks out.
Glad vehicle is safe enough to drive, but I'm not gonna drive much because I don't trust visual inspections. So will minimize my driving until parts are in & schedule repair date.
I elected to have Toyota dealership handle collision repairs as it's my first issue on vehicle & I trust the dealership to know their product inside/outside.”

I have experienced my third plus recall visit for my 2022 Tundra. Why? I ask Jim. Problems that need to be taken care of so I have safe travel and lower gas costs. If you have a Tundra check your model for RECALLs and visit Jim and he will explain every step of the process and get you out of the waiting lines and on your way. Customer service great, waiting area excellent but too many RECALLs on this vehicle.”

“I will start by saying I have an uncommon tire size and needed 4 new tires. One shop wanted $870 for a set of mid-grade tires. I called this center and talked to Suzanne (I think that was her name) who found a set of good tires for me, got me an appointment that day and at almost half the price of the first place. Betty took care of me when I checked in, she was super friendly and thorough in explaining everything to me about the warranty and repairs.
