03/18/2024 I recently visited the AT&T store located at 1860 Prairie City Rd Ste 200, Folsom, CA 95630, and was met with exceptional service by DJ, a store representative. My initial purpose was simple. I wanted to put a new SIM into my insurance replacement phone. However, DJ turned this visit into an invaluable service experience that far exceeded my expectations. From the outset, DJ ensured I didn't have to wait long, demonstrating his accommodating nature. As we discussed my situation, it became clear that I had concerns beyond just the SIM card. Specifically, my Z Fold 3 had suffered crease damage from repeatedly opening it, a frustrating design flaw. DJ listened intently and then sprang into action. He adeptly navigated my options, leading to the cancellation of my warranty claim for the Z Fold 3. His proactive approach didn't stop there; he also guided me through trading in my damaged phone for the new Z Fold 5, which has been redesigned to prevent such issues. DJ's knowledge about the improvements in the Z Fold 5 was incredibly helpful, and he worked diligently to ensure I could get it with an affordable monthly payment plan. The level of professionalism and expertise DJ exhibited was nothing short of impressive. He managed to transform a routine visit into a comprehensive solution that perfectly addressed my needs. I left the store feeling fully supported and satisfied with my new setup. For his outstanding customer service and deep understanding of product details, I wholeheartedly give DJ and the AT&T store in Folsom 5 stars. DJ is the epitome of what exceptional customer service looks like.

I tried to replace a flip phone for my husband which was no longer working although I bought it from this AT&T store less than 6 months ago. When the store rep tried to put in the bar codes from the Razor phone I intended to buy, she said a code came up on my phone which was preventing the transaction from going through. She told me I needed to go to the "corporate" AT&T store in the Palladio shopping center. I immediately drove there and they told me they couldn't fix the problem and told me to go to Best Buy to get an "inexpensive" phone. Needless to say, I will go to Verizon and quit AT&T!

Careful what they tell you. They will misinform you and set unrealistic expectations. Sir you will get this phone in 4 days we get priority shipping. So far it's been 2 weeks and nothing arrived. When I called and spoke to the rep Lexi. She tells me over the phone well that's what all my customers have been saying they are getting it in 4 days. Nothing I can do. Great! Thanks a lot......

I had a great experience with Emily. She answered all questions throughly and professionally. She was very personable and friendly. When she had to make a phone call to someone from at&t for help, the person on the phone was not helpful to her at all and was very rude to her. He couldn't answer any of her questions and wasn't trying to see what he could do to try to answer them. Even though he was no help at all she was still able to figure it out herself. She was able to help my boyfriend and I get new phones and made sure to tell us about all the plans and deals they had. She took her time with us and when I didn't understand something she would take her time to explain to me until I understood. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She put the screen protector on my phone and said if the bubble on it didn't go away within 24 hours to come back and she would fix it. She did just that, no hesitation with a smile on her face! She went above and beyond but if I told you everything else she did to help us we'd be here all day. If you ever see this Emily, thank you for being so kind and I truly appreciate your time and help. - Alexia

The service here is amazing. I switched from a different service provider who I don't have a lot of trust in, I was hesitant to make the change but the manager and representative in the store on 5/5 were excellent, answering all my questions and helping me not only switch my service, but upgrade my phone when I didn't realize I had the option. Great job at this location!

I'd imagine not a real Att store as customer experience was terrible I'm used to walking in and a person brings up info on tablet and we look through options, but here I walk in and all the customer reps are in the back one comes out and no sit down, no customer info request all a bit janxy. So I went over to Palladio store and they took care of me the right way!

Alexis B was very uninformed, if you are going to have one person working , they should be knowledgeable… now I have to pay extra to get her mistakes fixed at another store. Ridiculous!!!!

I was waiting in line as these rude customers (Leslie) and her mouthy husband were being helped by the att rep. She did everything she could to resolve their problem. Some ppl are just too stuck up. She helped me with my bill payment and was incredibly friendly. Would recommend coming back if you value your time. :)

This location was a waste of time! The customer service representative was not helpful, and she scowled at us the entire time we were there. We were not able to resolve our issue, and we left more upset than when we arrived. Avoid this store if you value your time.
