“Slate Creek community has improved significantly over the last 5 years especially in the last year when the current management team took over. A lot of noticeable enhancement, better security and cleanness. I like the management team especially Elizabeth as she is very helpful and professional. The modern amenities make the living experience so exciting and the complex location is so strategic where you are surrounded with almost everything you need within a walking distance. I highly recommend Slate Creek to everyone who is looking for a clean, safe and beautiful community.Please DO NOT increase the rent every year because it's getting out of control.Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to more good stuff to come!”
“I lived at Adora for just seven months, but due to a job relocation to another state, we unfortunately had to move. All the staff was great from the beginning. The maintenance guy, Jeff, is always available and takes good care of the community. The location is excellent, but there are two drawbacks: it's a bit pricey, and the gym could benefit from being larger and fully enclosed.”

“I have been living at El Dorado Village for sometime now and still find it an exceptional value. In fact, I have lived here before my current stay and come back finding myself glad I did.The manager, Tita, is very responsive, helpful and gets things done when promised. She recently helped me with an apartment transfer and my new place exceeds my expectations. If you are looking for a good value and would like to live in El Dorado Hills, then this place is hard to beat.”

“I figured I'd review since the reviews are a bit older and a new manager apparently is here now. Angela is the property manager and really takes pride in this community. It's well maintained. Quiet neighbors, clean amenities and my place was perfect prior to move in. Maintenance is really great about getting orders done in 24hrs which I love. Usually no problem finding parking but the occasional cars that are just parked in the same spot here and there but other than that a great place to live. I'm a homeowner still and still fairly new to Roseville. Older well kept communities tend to be more quit not so much traffic and affordable which I loved about this community!FYI: This is an honest review from someone with previous property Mgt industry experience as well so I'm a bit picky!”
“We lived there for a year. We probably would have lived further, but we needed more space as our family grew larger. I can't complain about anything. The apartment of 2 by 2 is excellent, the rooms are large. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager Alejandro Ochoa. He understood our situation and allowed us to stay while we collected documents, so we have the warmest memories. Any problem was resolved quickly, such as a leaking faucet or replacing the air conditioner filter. The area is very good. I definitely recommend it.”

“I just wanted to write a review and I have moved from the bay area to this apartment property back in 2019 to 2022 and I have to say that the people that works in the office are really professional, friendly and very helpful. The maintenance people are very Responsive and very nice as well. Everybody in that management is really nice. It’s just that unfortunate. I had to move out of there in 2022 because I bought a house otherwise I would say that I would still be living in that property if I did not buy a home, because that property is very clean well maintained the people are professional and nice and helpful. The maintenance are super.!!!”

Folks, poor or bad credit, good rental history?They will work with you. Use your mouthpiece, Good credit wins with attractive move-in bonuses. Hopefully,the owners are considering renovations. The tiling and countertops sing Manilow tunes. Lol. Seriously? Lacking dual pane windows? Dereka helped me and she has been more than you could ask for as a manager. Never hesitates to make sure you're well taken care of. As well as the rest of the office staff. Happy to have lived in such a great community.”
“Very nice apartments, so many fun and great amenities that come with the perks of living here. They even allow pets with a smaller fee than some other places. Just watch out for miss Cecilia Correa or whoever lives in 213, who seems to work or know people in the usps. Found her name and address on my package, which brought me to these apartments. Dont know why it was on there on the tracking label but just an fyi ”
“Have been thoroughly pleased since my move here back in July. Office staff is great, always kind and usually respond fairly quick to any email or maintenance request. I love the peacefulness and the tranquility the running streams and water features offer here. Make for a great walk anytime of the day! All in all I am happy to say this place has exceeded my expectations and I plan to be here for many years to come.”

“Nice place to live. Well cared for by the management. Have made major improvements since I’ve lived here. Periodically show’s resident how important they are and does special things as breakfast on the go, bbq on a Saturday afternoon etc.”
“I'm only there to help a friend 2 times a week and they tenants are super nice. I was able to meet one of the office staff and she seemed very nice also. My friend has nothing but good things to say about her. Place is kept up, pool is always clean and maintenance comes fairly fast when you put a service order, as well as polite.”

“I love my new home! The cabinets and counter tops caught my eye the moment I stepped into my home! I have everything I need here. A stove, dishwasher, fridge, a microwave, a gym, picnic area, a pool and several washers and dryers. Everything could not have went more smoothly. OH! Did I forget to mentioned the property is always super cleaned! I LOVE LOVE what they are doing with their plants, excellent taken cared of place. Many years to come!”
“I lived here for two years in a 2 bedroom and loved it! I got lucky with super low maintenance neighbors and the management was always great. This was my first home on my own and I have to say I don't think I could've had a better experience. Would highly recommend moving here. The only reason I didn't give the 5th star was because there were always homeless people in the dumpsters which wasn't something that ever became a problem but wasn't ideal obviously.”
