I have been going to this gas station for years to fill gas never had issue, today came across an attendant Kamal he was fairly argumentative. He put the money on a wrong pump but insisted and argued that I gave the wrong pump by giving me accusatory look and throwing hands in air. I had to apologize before he would make the change. It would be nice if ownership helped employees understand the meaning of customer service.

SCAMMERS: Only go to this location if you want your Debit card security compromised. Placed my debit card in the reader on the pump, then could not pull the card out. Went inside to tell the staff what happened. They seemed like it was no big deal and were not able to explain why this happened. They did something on the computer and said the card should be free. I used to stop here twice a week and will not go back.

This is my favorite ampm of all time. I had long nightly commutes from the Bay Area to Folsom daily. This was my safe spot. It has clean restrooms and nice staff. Sadie was always there to greet me and be kind and helpful. It also has a good selection of caffeine, from hot or cold coffee to tea to energy drinks. They have good snacks and don't over cook the hot foods. Parking is easy and the gas station and store are kept up nicely. Always clean. 5 pm or 2 am, they were always consistent. I'm actually going to miss coming here. In a tough time of my life, this place (and Sadie specifically) made me feel at home.

I put 100.00 in the gas pump cash machine on #10 and it took my money and gave me 0 credit. The poor lady who tried to help me (which was her 2nd day at work) didn't know how to get the money back and said she has to wait for the lady who is suppose to be there at 10:00 pm so she could help her. The lady started her shift at 10:00 and she arrived LATE at 10:40 pm, just to tell me she cant help me get my money back and was rude to me. This place has really gone down the drain in customer service.Another lady drove by us and said she has the same problem with her gas pump. ?

Worst arrco I've been to bought gas and Ibuprofen I always Cary a water bottle with me asked if I could please have some water was told I'd have to be charged for ice lol no other am pm has ever done this to me .

The Folsom am/pm gas station has gone from good (4 stars) to poor since they started their cash or credit/debit pricing. Simultaneously some pinhead in their corporate office also decided to spend a substantial amount of money on a new gas price sign that is totally confusing with 8 different posted prices. Finally, they are not as price competitive as they once were with numerous competitor stations along Greenback & Madison avenues selling below their prices. Summary: once a major gas asset to Folsom has taken a big step backwards. To bad for the community!

The manager is so rude, no professionalism, and seems to only hire drug users. I went in to pay for my gas and witness one of the employees , what looked like high off of Paraphernalia or some sort . Maybe crack. And the employee was harassing a teenage boy with two little kids. Disgraceful.

The GS owners are shady. They overcharge hoping to get away with it. Call them out. Rate them. And never go back. Check the prices.

That little blonde girl you have working for you is seriously messed up. She has pick marks all over her face and is obviously on meth or some drug that is causing her to act like a tweaker. Would be nice to get gas without having to see that. She needs help!
