I went in today and got 4 new tires and I’d just like to say that they did a great job, the guys working inside where easy going and helpful and the guys in the shop where working hard to get it done, overall it was good experience buying tires here.

Maybe they do good job of what they’re doing, but their customer service is horrible. We had an emergency situation. On our way to Lake Tahoe our tire started to get flat, we barely made it this shop. Having a newborn in the car, we asked if they could help us quickly fix it, and all we get..” we can help you only after 5:00pm” ummm waaaat!?!?? ? This is your humanity?! Thanks so much.. definitely a ??

Pretty good. Though, they shoud either have more front desk people checking cars in, or some system to drop off your keys and check in without waiting in line. Everyone's really polite and helpful when they get around to you, though!

America’s Tires did an amazing job again! We had a screw in our tire and had to get the tire fixed. They got us in and out with amazing service. Francisco was amazing. He had our car running, ac on, and ready for us which came in handy because we had a screaming toddler. #parentlife. Thanks America’s Tires and Francisco!!!

America's Tire Folsom store was awesome today! Driving through Folsom al of a sudden low tire alert in the car. They help me. They fixed it and I was under way in less than an hour. Fantastic service!!! I highly recommend them! The picture below is what they pulled out of my tire.

I took my mother in laws car to America's tire for new tires(im a repeat customer),I had to order the tires and they came today,so dropped off the car and they called my wife and said its ready for pickup and we had to put new lug nuts because the old ones wouldn't tork correctly and that will be a additional 54 dollars,well usually a service place will call and tell you we've found something and it will cost more and the reason,so upon pickup I mentioned to assistant manager Austin that I didnt have a problem paying for new lug nuts just the way I wasn't informed 1st,Austin agreed they should have called us when that happened and he waved the charge for the new lug nuts,im giving this business a 5 star rating for the shop and also the assistant manager Austin,its refreshing when a business does whats right,thank you Austin and America's tire,you have earned a loyal customer,keep up the good work

This location is very rude. They have extremely shady business practices. I drove over a board on the freeway damaged multiple tires. The manager didn’t have any intention of listening to what happened he just said it looks weird I think you’re a liar and did it yourself. I asked them to replace or refund and they refused to do either. When I told them I will call corporate the manager then said go ahead they will tell you to come see me. So go ahead and get out of my store now. So this company support fraud they don’t honor their warranties. And we’re disrespectful. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

We went in today after just experiencing a flat tire. It was close to closing time so I asked if they could fix our tire. Without hesitation, they said yes and checked out my damaged tire. They didn't try to sell me another tire and told me it would be fixed by closing time. They looked like they were busy with other customers, so I was impressed. I asked how much they needed and Austin Tambs told me there would be no charge as I didn't even buy the damaged tire there. I'm very happy with their service and when I need new tires, I know where to go. They were very courteous and professional.

Flawless customer service. Everyone is really efficient, transparent and willing to help.
I had to change all my 4 tires due to a bulge and they took care of it very quickly. Super responsive and attentive. Ask for Damian. He is really professional.
