After several years with Diversified for homeowners and auto insurance Mercury requested photos which we sent. They dropped us saying we never sent photos. When I called Diversified they said they had sent photos and it was because Mercury was overwhelmed and assured us they would be in touch. I contacted them before the policy ended they did nothing and now our policy has cancelled and we have not been able to find homeowners insurance so currently we do not have insurance. Very scary situation and very disappointed with Diversified.

Just recently I was shopping for Homeowners Insurance and contacted American Diversified Insurance Services and am quite pleased with them. I went with one of the companies they offer and was able to reduce my costs considerably. Jessica was prompt, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I called and spent time giving all my information to someone on a Friday morning and was told someone would follow-up with me shortly. I called and left a voicemail at the end of the day when I had not received any follow-up. It has now been over a week and I still have not heard back from anyone at this company. Don't waste your time.

So excited that I called American Diversified for an automobile quote. The Company I'd been with for over 50 YEARS offered me a quote that was $1,000 a year higher than American. Can you guess which company I went with? Not a difficult decision!
