OMG I had so much fun shopping yesterday. The minute I walked in I felt welcome. Michelle greeted me and we immediately connected. She really knows her business. She’s got great taste and kept bringing more items to try. We had such fun even involved other patrons in my journey to look fabulous for my 53 Anniversary. The inventory is so one of a kind. I can’t wait to go back, all items are unique . Thank you for lifting my spirits

Horrible, I tried to return a defective bracelet and the owner refused to even give me store credit because I was a few days beyond her return policy!!! It’s defective!!! They had another one just like it on display, it is defective as well. Bad business! Another customer GONE

4 stars for product, negative for service. I have purchased tons here for myself, and as gifts for others! From clothing, to candles, to purses, and jewelry. Super great options for quick gifts! Always in stock. This review will explain why I will never go back regardless of how great their products are. My mother in law purchased a embroidered rose and cream colored blouse for me. Adorable. It didn't look good on me :( Not the stores fault. Understanding now they have a VERY STRICT RETURN POLICY of 2 weeks exchange. I was unable to exchange as my son got Covid, then I did a few days later. We were down for a while. This was not an acceptable excuse to get a credit for the store. I didn't want to return, I only wanted to find something else. Which I knew I would. But, they would not even entertain that. And, they still had the shirt in stock at the store! It was 22 days after purchase. The clerk called the owner on the phone to try and she said no way. Lost my business and my mother in laws. Super disappointed. In these times, I couldn't believe it. Not like I wanted my money back.

Went to this shop with my mom for the first time yesterday. Clearance racks were outside and my Mom wanted a pair of plaid pants that were on the 40% off rack along with many other plaid pants and jackets. The red lined price was not 40% off! We asked the clerk if she would honor the advertised 40% off. She said no because there was another rack for 10-75% off. Basically, she made my 84 yr old mother feel like she was pulling a fast one. The other rack was far away from the 40% rack and as previously mentioned, numerous similar plaid items were on the rack. For what amounts to around $9., you have lost 2 customers! If you can’t figure out 40% off, just have a clearance sign up!

$90 for this bouquet...I would have rather spent the $125 for the bouquets that were on display or ran over to Safeway for a $35 bouquet which would have been equivalent to this. Not sure what the random branch is. Have received multiple comments on how terrible this work was and embarrassed to present this to my mother for her birthday.

I really enjoy this store! Just like the name it's super cute and it's so easy for me to get lost in there. (My me time without the kids :) My trips are always pleasant and I always score great finds, from clothes, jewelry to candles.. I am so glad that it's conveniently located by our house and I don't have to travel far to shop or pick up a great gift for someone. I would highly recommend this store not only because I love supporting local small businesses rather than giant stores but also because the staff is the most friendliest and helpful people.

I absolutely love this place! Gloria and Jane, the owners, are the sweetest. They have a great sense of style and know the current trends. They are both so friendly and helpful when you go in the store. I have been visiting them since day one. I've bought multiple gifts for friends and myself, of course, lol. They are priced well, carry popular brands like Free People, Love Stitch and are changing all the time. They carry Brighton jewelry and other designers as well. Great sales! Ambiance is definitely my go to place for gifts and cool clothing. I'm headed there later this week.... If you are ever in the Folsom area -definitely check it out! Support small businesses. The whole center has a lot to offer.

I am just a regular guy trying to find something for my wife.... The ladies in the store were so helpful. It truly makes it easy for me. I come in and they listen to me as I explain what my wife likes and its like magic, they pick out the perfect gift!!! I look like the perfect husband to my wife!!! She loved it.
