Terrible experience. Unprofessional.I signed up for the membership, had the first session and a week later every single lash had fallen out. I went back and received another full set instead of the fill that also barely lasted 10 days.I called to cancel my membership and today I noticed another charge on my credit card.

Olivia did a great job. My lashes look amazing! However I was overcharged and had to call back for a refund. I was a first time client, which should have been $99 plus tip and after trying to sell the monthly service, which I didn’t want. It came out to $227, They refunded me, but it was still $157, so I hope Olivia got a good tip..Service: Eyelash extensions

Ashley is amazing. I’ve had lash extensions before from independent artists, and they never lasted. I often felt a pinching pain around some of the extensions and it was miserable for me. I had the $99 coupon and decided to give it a try. My lashes look so good. Super light. I can’t even tell I have them on. They have lasted almost two weeks and ready for my next fill. I’ve never my extensions last long enough for a fill. Can’t wait to keep this up.

So, I needed my lashes done for my sister's wedding and came across a deal from amazing lash studio. It was for a full set of classic lashes for first time customers for $79.99. I signed up for the deal, and then realized that I made it for the wrong location by accident. I couldn't change the location because I would be charged a cancelation fee. I had no choice but to keep the folsom location. I drove 40 mins to the appointment, and when I got there, the girl at the front desk asked me if I wanted a refill to match my current lashes. I said sure, mine are hybrid lashes and still had a lot on from my girl in san jose. So, instead of honoring the $79 deal, they ended up charging me the regular price for a refill $99.99, plus a $35 fee for "volume" (which it's not considered volume at any other place I've ever been to in last year that I've been getting them done.) They also charged me a $20 fee for something I don't even know what it was for. Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a membership for $179.99!! I ended up paying it because I had no choice. I tipped $20 (because it's not the techs fault) and she did a good job. My total for less lashes, less time, ended up costing me $175.00!! What a freaking rip off!! I would've gotten the membership if they had honored the deal that I originally signed up for. Not to mention the girl at the front desk was rude and not helpful or sympathetic to my situation in any way. I feel sorry for Ashley, my lash tech she was nice and did a good job. Ashley, start your own business, you're way too nice and talented for a place like that. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES! There are way better places to go for reasonable prices.

Maggie did an amazing job on my lash extensions. She was patient and very informative. I was pleased with her services. My issues were with the pricing of my set but that’s related so the person at the reception. I was supposed to buy a shampoo but she did not offer it to me. She did offer the membership a couple of times. Also, I did not get a print out of how to take care of my lashes. This was going to be my second appointment here, I have a large party I’m hosting in a few days so I scheduled this lash lift+tint appointment a month in advance. The DAY OF, they call me to inform me they can’t do my appointment due to lack of supplies and can’t find any alternative appointments for that day, wanting to schedule me for another date when my party is literally this weekend. I live over an hour away and cannot make frequent drives, so I had scheduled everything around this lash appointment. I’m so disappointed, I understand back-ups and delays happen but I will be taking my business elsewhere.Edit: Moved the review up to two stars because the receptionist was being very polite and sweet about the whole situation

The Palladio Folsom location provides very poor customer service and over charges customers. They have a membership racket where they convince you to join an expensive membership and then every time you go the charges for the service increases. We cancelled our membership because of this and they did not cancel it as agreed. I had called multiple times to confirm it was cancelled and my daughter had her lashes removed. Then a month later they charged my daughter's bank account for the membership unexpectedly. When I called to ask them about it, it took days for the assistant manager to return my call and then she gave me the run around, asking if we had filled out a cancellation form (first time it was ever mentioned) and would not refund the charges. There are many other lash studios. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!Service: Lash lift
