“I had to come in to this shop because of my careless driving, i hit a curb and needed a new tire. JR was super informative of what he could do best for me given that I had scratched the side of my wheel and said that is not something they can fix. He priced me for the tire and started the quick service. Meanwhile I am waiting only 10 minutes for this to be handled, this rude guest decided his issues were more important and cut the line of people waiting! I have to give it to JR and his team, this client came in, trying to convince, I think even himself, that the wheel had been damaged by the shop more than three weeks back, I hear over his tantrum moment. I only write this in my review because it actually took me 10 minutes longer to leave due to the fact I could not be charged out because this man did not want to own up to his careless driving just like I came in for. I appreciate JR and his tech’s for servicing so quickly and their friendly customer service.”
“I brought my two work trucks and my personal vehicle to have some work done on them. I was very pleased with customer service provided by Rafael and also work done by rest of staff. I would definitely recommend this Firestone location. 10/10”

“Always excellent service at Randy’s Tires but yesterday they went well above & beyond. I stopped by with a new bicycle in need of seat and handlebars installed correctly-was out of ideas & no bike shop in the area. Manager didn’t even blink at my request & one of the guys not only fixed the bike but also checked to make sure entire thing was sound. No charge, just accepted a tip! Can’t thank you enough Randy’s Tires.”

“Staff here is phenomenal! Best customer service of any tire shop I've ever been to. Did my tire rotation and repaired a tire for FREE even though I didn't get the tires there. I felt like I was family and not a customer so I decided to give them my business when I got into yet another brawl with a curb. As always, they were kind, fair priced, efficient, and on time. Very happy with the experience. It's obvious to me that the people who work there care about their customers and I can't say what a huge impact that has both on the client and the business. Very impressed and will definitely refer business.
Also, bonus points for lifetime warranty on the tires. Especially since curbs and I often don't see tread to tread.

“Appreciate the team at this store. Me and my wife urgently needed a nail out of our tire, and unfortunately we didn’t make an appointment. Joseph our sales rep assisted us, and told us that they were very busy but they could squeeze us in. We appreciated that he told us it was going to be free, and we just had to wait a little bit, so we did. As a gesture to say thank you for squeezing us in, and giving us a free puncture repair, we treated Joseph and the team to some donuts!! Thank you again, and if your puncture is free, please buy the team some donuts! They would love it and would make the working in the hot sun worth it!!”
“Came today to get an oil change before my permanent new home, 2600 miles away! Ended up getting new 19 inch Goodyear tires, cabin air filter, engine air filter and new wipers. Martine took care of me in about 4.5 hours. The guys are nice, I feel much safer taking this long road trip now. Cost sure has gone up for tires, then again I know Goodyear are great tires. Thanks again guys!”

“Excellent body shop in Moorpark. Very nice owner, they fixed a glass rear window that came apart from the soft top for a very reasonable price. The dealer wanted $10,000 to replace soft top. They just reglued the window back in and works great. Sometimes the little guys do great work and are very competitive with the dealerships. It cost me just a few hundred dollars.”

“Came without an appointment and they assisted me 4/21/24 it was perfect ??I needed to get my oil change and I was surprised by the process and the support. They did have a waiting area inside but the chairs were so hard ?But nonetheless you can shop or wait. I paid and the entire thing was over in one hour.Definitely recommend this place ❤️❤️”
