The supervisor pharmacist that is suppose to answer questions about your prescription is so rude. Every time I go in there she has a sour attitude. I don’t get it. Be happy.

Normally great, wouldn't accept my foreign drivers license as a form of id to purchase nicotine product.

I was very disappointed when I visited this pharmacy for an OTC cold remedy. The shelves were bare! What's the point of having a convenient, large drug store in town if they cannot maintain a basic inventory of OTC drugs? Now, when I don't feel all that great, I will have to drive to a Target, which I know will have what I need. When I asked the clerk, she said something about a very limited warehouse??? I'll be back for the Amazon pick-up service (I love that!), but I won't bother stopping here if I have a cold.

I recently moved to another state. Rite Aid has been terrible at sending records to my new pharmacy

Smaller than the usual Rite Aids that I have frequented in the past. On the plus side, a smaller store means shorter wait times. Unfortunately l, a smaller store means fewer item selections, but living in a small town, you get what you get.

Normally this pharmacy is great. I went in to replace my vaccine record, and the pharmacist was anything BUT helpful. She was short and rude. She interrupted me as I tried to explain that my vaccine record was placed on two separate cards because my first vaccine card listed the wrong birthdate. They had to correct their system, and my card to show the correct birthdate, which was their mistake. When I went in today to replace my lost card (life happens), the woman “helping” me wouldn’t look at me as I spoke to her; she interrupted me as I explained my problem; she said I only had one record of one shot under my correct birthdate and that’s all she would give me. She quickly handed me the new card with my ONE shot and barely looked at my ID, then ignored me as I tried to protest and ask for a solution. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Now I have a card that says I’ve had the 2nd dose and no first…. Great service.

I have been using this Rite Aid since we moved here for numerous reasons/items. I only recently started using the pharmacy due to insurance change. Last month I didn't get a notice saying my rx was filled. I just thought it was a doctor issue since I had an appointment, no big deal. I got a nasty phone call from Marlena(?) saying I needed to get that day or it was going back. Ok no problem but if you hate your job that much maybe make a career change? I found this forgivable and just moved on but I won't really be excited if she ever has to call again.

9:/45 and they are closed. Lights still on and customers checking out but not letting anyone in. Guess I will call corporate maybe they are not aware of this random closing when they feel like it Looks like it's not the first time

The good:Shoutout to pharmacist Dana for giving the most painless flu vaccination I've ever received! She was efficient, polite and gentle! The vaccine felt almost like nothing. The counseling/flu shot room was also huge and private. Some pharmacies don't have a private room at all so this was a nice bonus. The parking lot here is spacious. All of the products here were well organized and clean. They had a great selection of wine and alcohol. I got 4 different eyebrow pencils/markers to try from here that were around $8 each. They do have an ice cream counter where you can get a scoop of ice cream on a cone. I had almost forgotten that Rite Aid was known for this until I saw this place's ice cream area. Some Rite Aids don't have this anymore! I wish they'd emphasize it and make it a cute vintage/old school and nostalgic nook of the store. The bad:There were several aisles here with empty shelves. The interior of the store doesn't look as nice as other stores because of their flooring or lack of carpet. The interesting:If you want to avoid a line when coming to the pharmacy for a flu shot or just for picking up your scripts consider coming at 7PM or after! The morning and post-work hours are often the most crowded.
