We moved to the area last year. I've taken my shihtzu/maltese mix to Lauren 3 times now & our sweet dog comes out looking more spunky & confident. It's as if she knows! Our dog gets nervous & Lauren is very sweet, patient, friendly & fantastic at what she doesSaylor looks simply AH-mazing & she gets stopped all the time. Lil Beauty Queen Thanks Lauren, great job I highly recommend Pampered Paws! They return phone calls, so far everyone I've spoken to there is very nice. I'm happy to support a local, small business in my new community

I would love to say this location is exceptional with the way I was able to book my appointment the way Addie and her staff took care of my maltipoo cheeko. I have been staying here in Santa Paula with my dad and my dog has been up north with my daughter cheeko was in pretty bad shape and Addie was wonderful she cleaned my little fur baby up wonderfully thanks again for all you do.

I will now be taking my dog to this groomer they did an excellent job. My dogs hair was actually much longer covering his eyes but I wanted to post something before and after for reference. Id rather drive to Fillmore and give my business to a local groomer than a large chain. The groomer cut my dog's hair it to a perfect amount and took her time. He came home with a little valentines bow tie to boot and happy as can be. Service time 31/2 hours, cost was $65 and a very happy dog.

I highly recommend Pampered Paws grooming. Lauren and McKenzie are professional, caring, and highly skilled when it comes to grooming, dogs and cats. They will help you bring your pets into the store and they will help you take them back out after grooming is finished. They take special care with your canines and felines, as if they were their own pets. Their grooming skills are highly professional and top rate. I highly applaud these ladies and recommend Mckenzie and Lauren.for all of your pets' grooming needs.

Well, where do I start… Pampered Paws in my opinion is an outstanding grooming salon for your pets. Very companionate, polite, clean, and willing to work around my crazy schedule. Addie and her team of pet professionals are the definition of exemplary. Businesses like these are hard to find and can be hard to get into, be patient as it’s worth the wait, and believe me they are booked for a reason folks!

This place was great! I can tell they treated my little fur baby with love he was so happy after his bath and haircut. We're new in town and looking all over to find a place. I called and they managed to squeeze him in that day. Call ahead if you need your pet groomed, they can clip nails with a quick drop in. So happy we found our new groomer!

So we made an appointment two weeks ago to have our cat groomed. We went in for our appointment and there was no one there to bath her. They said the person who bathed cats went on vacation. They did call but did not leave a message. I was at work and could not take the call so a message would have been nice. We sedated our girl for this so she would be more comfortable. They did not even apologize for our inconvenience. So very unprofessional. We will drive her anywhere but this place.
