“Steve is our current landlord and is by far the best we’ve had. We moved back to CA from idaho and with all the stress of moving steve was the easiest part of it. He had the home deep cleaned and all the trees and hedges trimmed before move in. He isn’t a nosey landlord but is a phone call or text away when you need him. Our water heater stopped working and within an hour steve was here to try to troubleshoot and when he couldn’t fix it he replaced it same day. We cannot recommend him enough!”
