I had my urgent care doctor send a prescription here for my kids antibiotics on a Saturday and they went ahead and filled it right before closing at 2pm for the weekend. I realize I should have checked the hours beforehand but since they filled it (knowing I wouldn't be able to pick it up) I wasn't able to get insurance coverage after I sent it to another pharmacy. Call me crazy but I think anyone with a single functioning brain cell would at least call the patient letting them know they can't get their medicine before filling the prescription.

The pharmacy manager was very pleasant, and though they were busy, she took time to answer all my questions in detail.

Worst customer service ever. I called to see if they had a medication in stock for my special needs son and they said they couldn't tell me so I couldn't have my doctor call it in there and had to keep looking at different pharmacies that were actually helpful.

I'm a huge fan of this quaint little cvs pharmacy in Fillmore literally in the middle of nowhere. I only go in every 3 months because all my meds are on auto refill and are perfectly synced. I appreciate this service so much! All the employees seem so joyful and the small well cleaned store is always filled with fun banter and laughter. It makes me want to come in more often! Highly recommend! I always feel bad when I hear a customer in front of me being so rude to the delightful staff. Sometimes you have to recognize that the people who are trying to serve you are limited to what their company policy instructs them to do. These people literally bend over backward to be extraordinarily kind from my experience.

This place needs new management. It's not fun very professional and I don't feel confident doing business with them. Especially prescriptions. They have made so many mistakes. They fill prescriptions I didn't want filled. Also there is a young man that is very abrupt at the register. I get they're busy but they can't forget what they're doing. They aren't selling burgers here. He always acts in a rush and doesn't even give you a chance to speak he's just asking question after question and he doesn't make any eye contact. He's looking around as if he's ready to leave. If there's something on the register pad you need to read he just pushes the button and moves on. I only still go because I'm disabled and it's in town. I just need to finally move on and find yet another inept pharmacy. It's getting bad out there folks. Watch out for yourself.

Look I'm not one who looks for the bad in things people etc. but man does this staff take the cake, they way they run this certain pharmacy you would think they are doing you a favor. I'm not talking about the young ladies who ring you up they are courteous and polite, the pharmacist of Indian decent is also very helpful friendly and polite, my problem is how there's a certain tech that acts like the medicine is coming out of her personal stash or are her personal belongings, i get the feeling she likes the power she holds over peoples health, my family members has a long list of monthly medicines I'm I charge of pick up and when that certain tech is not there all their medicines are filled and ready for pick up same day. But when she's there there's always only these medications are ready today or it's too soon to refill these ones even after dr wrote a new prescription and insurance approved refill as it's a monthly dr appointment. When there's pain medication involved forget it then the real jumping through hoops begin. It sucks thyre supposed to help people feel better not bad about themselves and what they need to help better their health, I know certain people abuse this privilege but not everyone does it...

I always thought the workers were rude and annoyed but ever since Laura has been working the front she is super friendly and helpful. I also receive text messages when my prescription is ready. Hopefully the other staff work on there customer service.
