Go out of business, sell to another company...I have been on hold, this is the 3rd time for 45 minutes trying to reach all ONE of your so called customer service reps...hold for 45 minutes, then I get disconnected....I am 66, I have NEVER in all my life seen such a HORRIBLE COMPANY...don't apologize as you are told to do....apologizing over and over and over again gets old...you think that covers up for the terrible service you get...and you want us to recommend a friend, why

Very bad service u lose connection,service always gotta call 611 and see why ur losing connection,service ever since I moved to metro pcs last year I've haven't had any problems with them I haven't called them once but cricket yes I would call all the time about my service I'm glad I switched
