I get my gas there and like the member discount but never go inside anymore. Homeless men are always hanging around the door "interacting". Sometimes it's hard to tell the friendly yelling from the angry yelling. I do enjoy seeing our police there again & again & again. Almost as much as I enjoy seeing the river dwellers stealing the water cases in front of Vons using a stolen shopping cart or cart from the laundry mat to shuttle their bounty down to the river. Whoever thought bottled water would be an attractive nuisance? The shopping carts scattered around town are a nice bonus though.

Moving my Mom north and we stopped for gas & snacks, drinks.Mom is over 80, (it takes her a minute for everything). [Fri. 9/23/22 2:15ish] Evidently the manager (a hispanic gal named Car... something) was behind the counter. I was getting our drinks, Mom was working on getting a hot dog, I proceeded to register to order gas on pump 10 for $60. Mom's looking for napkins and the other gal 'yells' at my mother. "Over the hot dogs", I go look and had NO success, This manager? well if she isn't fired soon, it is a slap to every customer. Then, I proceed to go pump my gas while assisting my mom back in the car. Pump's not working! I go back in & this manager tells me "the pumps timed out you have to run your card again". We left!!

Best location hands down. Always clean, always ready to help. Great selection of everything from snacks to drinks. Yes... even alcohol. They're always willing to cook something if they don't have any out or if it looks like it's been hanging out for a while. They encourage the rewards program as well. For some reason other locations are quick to skip it or even deny using your points.

Sold me bad gas!New car started jurking, probably had water in the fuel. I stopped to get a fuel treatment and it helped.Dont get premium fuel here.Edit. You wanted more info.I pumped premium from pump 6, sunday may 2 in the afternoon.It just rained late april, its not unheard of. How do you sump your main tanks?

They refused to let me inside today with my small dog that I was carrying in my arms due to 101 degree temperature outside! Poor customer service and terrible communication skills. Never going back there again!

I stopped here for gas on my way to Santa Clarita coming from Moorpark. It was about 4:15 PM.. A little busy inside but not bad. I walked inside to use *tap* on the card machine because my chip doesn't work. Story of my life :D I started to get in line but saw the slurpees and they looked SO FRESH. I hadn't had one in years, so I decided to treat myself. They were perfect. Whoever keeps those up did a great job. Often times the machines look runny and gross. A young lady named Betty had been helping a customer check out when I walked in. By the time I had gotten my slurpee which didn't take long, I turned around and she was diligently sweeping. Once she saw me stand in line, she immediately went back behind the counter to assist me in checking out. She asked if I had rewards and I said, "I don't think so!" She said, "Why don't you just put your phone number in and see?" I said, "Okay!" I didn't have an account but it prompted me to join the rewards program. She told me that I would save money on gas and get treats and whatnot. I thanked her because I did not know this previously. I made sure she rang the slurpee up after all was said and done because the amount she charged me for gas and my treat seemed too low. She said that she did ring it up! I saved money on my first transaction! I was so thankful. She was friendly, informative, and professional. Thank you, Betty! You rock. :)

Customer service 0/5. The girl at the cash register was having an attitude. She was being rude and was telling us to hurry up to fill the gas tank. We voided the transaction and we left to find better service instead. We do not put up with negative people. Reconsider your employees 7-11 & also the bathroom was disgusting ?

The fountain drink i bought Pepsi tasted that it needed more syrup to much carbonated water so i took it back they gave me another one i chose Dr Pepper and that one was perfect THANK YOU
