Saw the Quartz Gold ring on the website and I contacted Lowell Daniels about making a custom ring for my Wife. I explained to Lowell that it was our 45th Wedding Anniversary at the end of June. I told him what I liked about the ring pictured on the website. I indicated that my Wife didn't like channel set round diamonds and ask if the ring could be made with onyx or black coral. I indicated that he would have talk to their Jeweler to confirm, but was confident that they could. The following day he contacted me indicating they could make the ring using onyx. Lowell took the size information and I ordered the ring over the phone. A couple of weeks later Lowell sent pictures of two different Quartz Gold stones with where the stone would be cut and polished. I called him and agreed on which of the two stones to cut for my ring.

DO NOT buy from this store. The owner gladly took my money $1,500 for a garnet and gold ring a year and a half ago and the stone now is dull. They said " I wore out the stone" and all they could do is replace the stone and charge me more money!!! I had a cheap garnet ring for 20 years and the stone never looked as bad as this one. The owner insists it is my fault because I actually wear the ring. Terrible service.

You cannot go wrong with Silva's Fine Jewelry. My treasured wedding ring was repaired to perfection. Lowell and his staff went beyond my expectations from when I first dropped the ring off until I picked it up today. There was a slight delay (several days) which Lowell kept me abreast of. Their price for services was appropriate. Most importantly I have a beautiful ring back and I have no doubt I will treasure it for years! You can trust Silva's Fine Jewelry!

Silva's Fine Jewelry is fine in every way! I had my treasured antique wedding ring repaired recently by Silva's. The repair was done beautifully, the repair cost was fair and they treated me right! You cannot go wrong with Silva's Fine Jewelry!

Silva's Fine Jewelry Very sad Hubby My husband pulled me aside two days before Christmas and informed me that the gift he had purchased me for Christmas was worthless. He was devastated. He had bought it in Feb. and had paid it off by July. He was a bit surprised when he picked it up no paperwork was given on the ring ,He always receives paperwork about the Gem for knowledge and insurance purposes. He was only given a bill of sale just like if you bought a pair of socks. FLAGS went up....so my husband spent the money to have it checked out from our jeweler in New York. The ring bought for $1200.00 + was worthless . The Gem was cracked. One smack of the ring and the gem would crumble. I ask you....what respectable gemologist would sell you a worthless flawed gem? What made the situation even worse is we are employees of Lowell & Jenny (Owners Silva's Fine Jewelry). My Husband is the GM at the restaurant they own. No fine jewelry for me this Christmas . Was given full refund.
