Amazing venue and down-home feel. Beautiful church. Great acoustics. Very chill atmosphere to enjoy find music. Also add in the beautiful village of Ferndale California!

The concerts there are in an intimate setting, where the audience can truly connect with the performer. And the acoustics are unparalleled.

There is no better venue for live music. Seeing a concert here is an amazing, magical experience. If I still lived in Humboldt, I'd see every show they hosted here, no questions asked.

good spectrum of quality talent. Love the venue, very intimate. Can be a bit chilly....may want to bring an extra wrap. Good experience for those of us looking to build community with real music.

Good music, horrible venue. My friend was asked to come outside and handcuffed /questioned by police... for dancing in the very back row. To bad because the music store was nice and it would be nice to support them.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Sold me a non functioning POT pedal with a six year old battery! He said " interesting it worked several months ago " I'll never shop here again.

I was hoping this was going to be another awesome venue for us to see the BLUES. Seating only. When I went to entry and stood in the door frame along with the ticket lady, I was told that I needed to sit in my seat because I was obstructing others view. I happen to know the people who were sitting inside the door frame if I was blocking their views. They said no. I mentioned to the man who had been on stage introducing that they needed a dance floor to which he replied ' this is a church'. Really?! But you sell alcohol! Lame. At least say "that's an idea" . We might of came back for more shows. They might of missed it but I didn't when Roy Rogers said that a percentage of the crowd like to dance. Take a hint.

Super cool that this place is now in an old 1890's church. They use the chapel as a music venue. One of the girls working gave us a history lesson on the church's different purposes over the years. They have several coverts coming up so check it out!

Just stopped in Ferndale Music. They are awesome. Good selection of instruments, especially for a small store, and the staff are very nice and approachable. Really good guys and a great little shop. I am not in the market for an instrument but I will go back and get a t shirt. My new favorite music store. Visit it when you are in town!!!

While visiting Ferndale we spent time at the Ferndale Music Company. My husband had his guitar restrung. They had drum skins available to replace ours at home. My husband was very excited about a pedal he purchased for his guitar. I don't know what it was but it sure made him happy. While my husband and the shop owner worked on the guitar, I was able to practice my piano lessons on the store's piano. The owner, Paul is very knowledgable and friendly.
