I normally don't write reviews even if the places deserve it, but WTF. I called this store because I needed to see if they had something in stock (because they never have anything in stock for crying out loud) and the phone picked up and hung up. I thought maybe it was the connection or something, so I tried again, same thing happen. I decided to try one last time and it got picked up, i heard some voices talking and then boom, hung up on me. I decided to drive there myself and to my surprise they didn't have what I needed, very upset because I just wasted my time. I decided to get a drink (but it was warm because their fridges are broken) and some younger looking guy, beard, dark long-ish hair, no name tag helped me out. What threw me off was the phone rang and I expected him to answer it but he picked it up, and hung up the phone. This made me very frustrated because it could've been him doing that and I could've saved the trip.

We love this store abs they have been especially great since Covid. Employees are always so helpful. Also, they will back out of an aisle if you are coming in so not to pass in aisles. Been using pharmacy for tears and love the staff! Also, they have Thrifty Ice Cream and ice cream counter so there is that!

Their Customer Service.I would like to bring to your attention a situation I experienced at your store located in Felton CA last Sunday. July 12th; 9:00 pm. I was working on a remote property when I was stung multiple times by yellow jackets. I stopped by this location to pick up some Benedryl knowing that would help, I barely made it through the front door and went into Anaphylaxis Shock, A young man Angel was working by the Ice Cream when I yelled I need some Benedryl, he quickly had me sit in a chair and went and got me some Benedryl and water before my my throat swelled up. And another Employee Crystal got some ice to put on my neck, they both kept me talking awake and calm while waiting for an ambulance, I know this was no easy chore as my throat and wind pipes were closing up. They saved my life, kept me calm never losing there cool. There may have been others but those 2 really stood out, They were amazing and I just wanted to say thank you so much for your kindness. Right Aid should be really proud of these 2 Employees. I was truly blessed to come into your store in Felton.

Unfortunately I prefer not to write this review. I really believe the pharmacists and their assistance do the best that they can.Unfortunately there's notification system in regards to when you need refills works horribly!sometimes you're notified sometimes you're not and when you're taking multiple medications that is not acceptable. Just like this morning I was looking for another pin of my insulin. And discovered I was out. Never received a notification that it was supposed to be refilled.I understand it's also my responsibility but when you rely on an app that is supposedly there to benefit you and help you and it doesn't then you can fall behind. I have brought this up many times to no avail. Do I have to go as far as changing pharmacies?

Two friends and I bought some ice cream cones from the counter here. It was almost entirely uneventful: we walked in, got our ice cream, and began to leave. On our way out, a female cashier, completely unprovoked, glared at my group and made rude, sarcastic and personal comments about us. I used to come here often, and have never had anyone accost me like this before. An absolutely bizarre experience.
