A marvelous walk along a mossy brook, with downed trees growing a colorful array of mushrooms, leads to ruined limestone kilns.Restrooms: None here

Parking lot off Felton Empire Road between Ley Road and Featherston Way. About 30-40 spaces and pretty available depending on time of arrival.Beautiful day, beautiful creek flow, and beautiful scenery all around. Multiple trail options depending on how long you want to walk.Recommend taking snacks, getting comfortable somewhere near the creek, and relaxing to the sound of the water.Felton is small but beautiful. Check out the different foods, shops, old Bridge, and horse stables. It's definitely worth all the steps.Parking: Parking lot off Felton Empire Road.

We did not start the trail, so the review is not for the trail. There were no restrooms so we ended up going to the visitor center and did another trail from there

Love this trail. It’s probably considered an easier trail but there is a little uphill. Beautiful scenery and free parking.

An incredibly beautiful redwood Forrest that sustained major fire damage during the 2020 CZU Lightning Complex fires but in spite of this tragic setback has been a place of unbelievable rebirth. Several hiking options that include some challenging parts, but are worth every step of the way! Enjoy!Parking: Popular spot. Come early! No restrooms.

Busy spot on weekend - no facilities - free parking but dirt lot - typical Redwood Forest Hike (gorgeous) but right almost in the middle of Felton - entrance on a curve and locals drive fast so don’t dally on road

Great hike with tons of water. Took a wrong turn and ended up with an extra 3 miles lol. There's spot where there's no signals. Seems that AT&T does get the better services, was with a Verizon user and signal was spotty. Take water. Take tons of breaks. Soak up the sun. Dip your toes in the cold water. Forget your problems and get lost in nature. Rest that battery. Sometimes you need to get away from the rat race.

Yes! All yes!!! Absolutely stunning! Magical! We hiked about 2 hours, all along different trails and sat along the river, listening to the water pass by, birds chirping, the smell of earth with redwoods and eucalyptus, sun on our shoulders, it was for sure one of our favorite hikes recently. Will definitely return one day!!!

What a beautiful forest and creekside trail. Many down trees & trail slippage from the recent rains, but it’s still passable for the nimble (not for those using mobility aids).

It was represented as an Enchanted Forest and it sure was that. Did a terrific 4-mile hike along the river bed and high up on the ridge. It had elevation but was a pretty easy trail to navigate.

Great spot for redwoods and running water along most of the trails. It's beautiful both for the eyes and ears. It's not too crowded. It can be easy or moderate, depending on how far you go. I only take one star away for two reasons: (1) no dogs allowed and (2) the trails could be better marked. I did a longer hike one day after a storm, and there were so many downed trees that I had to turn back, but there was no trail closure sign to warn me sooner. Also, more signs clearly marking trails would be great if you are venturing into trails you haven't gone on before.
