“I didn't get her name, but the woman with blonde hair working at the front was so kind and helpful! I came in to get my passport photo taken and she was the only one there but was extremely efficient and helpful to everyone there! I had to wait a couple of minutes while she helped the people at the front, but she was quick to get back to helping me and was so apologetic about the wait.”
