“Despite being one of the largest financial organizations, the Scotts Valley branch of Wells Fargo treats us like a neighbor. Our family has been banking at this location for decades, and they have assisted us in maneuvering various accounts and financial services successfully. Recently, we needed to restructure our account again, and the process was completely seamless.Kara Park deserves a particular shout out. She met with us multiple times, and addressed all of our issues knowledgably and kindly. Kara went above and beyond our expectations, and all the while with a smile on her face and a friendly demeanor. “I was having a rough start with Citibank, until I walked into the Capitola Branch, and met a living Doll. The branch manager, Naa-Sharmeh Norteye, was so lovely, personable, efficient. She helped me with a problem, I was unable to solve, on the phone with the bank. She took the time to fix everything, and explain. She has been an Employee for sixteen years, which gave me total confidence. In these troubled times, it's wonderful when someone is kind to you, on a bad day. Five stars!”

“We went here today at the Scotts Valley branch on our way to Los Gatos to buy a used car from a private party and needed to take out some money. We were a little pressed for time and I was a bit reluctant having read a bunch of negative reviews regarding understaffing, poor customer service, etc. We had dropped off our child and had to meet the seller and had a small window of time for the bank and arrived a bit apprehensive but hopeful to get our business done and get going on the road. My husband got in the short line and I sat down with my phone to kill some time and was immediately asked if I needed to be helped and he in turn moved right along to the teller and was immediately receiving our funds. I noticed another customer was having a pleasant business conversation with the accounts banker, another banker asked me for reassurance that I did not need to be helped, and at the tellers, there were three employees, all polite and helpful. We walked out in a very timely manner with no hassels or stress doing business here.”

“This review is about this particular branch, not the BofA "brand" (because they're not my favorite!). I go here for work-related banking and at this particular location, I'm always impressed by the prompt and friendly service! I've been going to the Capitola location for years and it always takes forever, no matter what time of day, no matter if you're the only one in line, it's absurd. I honestly go out of my way to do banking at the Santa Cruz location because they make my job much easier/less time consuming. If you're "tied" to BofA, I definitely recommend going to this branch and avoiding 41st Av!”
