“It was so easy to get the storage unit, all over the phone. Then it’s behind a locked gate that needs a code to get by for safety. There was always someone onsite in the office if you needed something. It was also very easy to cancel once we moved out. All in All they make it very simple and secure to rent a storage unit. I recommend them for all your storage needs.”

“I had been a tenant of Derrel’s on Caldwell and Santa Fe for about 4 years or so. This facility is CLEAN!!!!! Quiet. Relaxing. I have always enjoyed the vibe at this facility. It’s bittersweet to have to go but I thank you Derrel’s!!!! I even left with a full refund for one month (without expecting one of course) because I pay in advance and it had slipped my mind that I was prepaid upon moving out. I REALLY appreciate this and was pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service I received.
