Didn’t give me a receipt for jewelry. Thought it was weird. Then proceeded to say they’ll hook me up next time. I wouldn’t go here again.

On a previous review a person stated they were refused a receipt. Not true at all. They didn't request one at the time of purchase and called later in the afternoon to request one. They were told that we pay the taxes and if they need a receipt they would need to pay the taxes. They said that was fine and they would be there the next day at 3 p.m. As of today the receipt they requested is still waiting for them to pick it up. He got a solitaire 1 karat diamond necklace that would have cost him anywhere else about $3000 for $800. He should have been happy instead of making a false yelp review. Attached is a copy of the receipt he needed but didn't pick up.

My mom gave them her ring for 6 years and she tried to get her ring back. But, they said that they lost the ring and she had a 4 month pledge contract and the woman talking to her said that the least she could give her was 200 dollars and my mom’s ring was worth over one thousand dollars and she has been paying for 6 years every 4 months

Great place if you like the smell of cigarettes and bad service. Never have I had to deal with such a hostile sales person before. He acted as if I was bothering him when i asked to check look at some Jewelry. He was shorter and reeked of cigarettes. Maybe when hes not there its better but i will never know since i wont be returning

most disgusting shop ive ever been in. looks like its never once been cleaned. i even overheard one of the employees say that his vacuum was chewed up by rats and that it floods everytime it rains. please go to any other shop but this one if you value your belongings. also terrible customer service from the short guy who works there

Says they stay open until 6 o'clock I call and let them know I was on my way I got there at 10 minutes till 6 the door is open but when I walked in the man working was very rude told me to come back Monday that he couldn't help me Very unprofessional Especially since I told him that I drove 40 minutes to get there I did not wait all day to come in right at closing time I also have a job I got off an hour before they closed So I wasted my gas and my time thinking they would be professional

Came in about a week ago, immediately walking in I did not feel welcome by the shorter man with the goatee. He made no point in acknowledging me, seemed irritated in the fact that I just walked in, and played on his phone. The store itself was incredibly messy and very hard to tell what was very hard to tell what was for sale and junk just lying around. There was also a very stronge stench of cigarettes in the building. I felt uncomfortable having to ask the other employee to walk around to show me what in every other store and pawnshop I've been to I could just walk over to and pick up. The other employee was very nice and patient with me and I could tell that they were annoyed and irritated by their coworkers behavior and attitude. If it wasnt for them I would have only done 1 star. Most likely wont return in the future due to the rude employee.
