Cricket Wireless, my phone had went to a black screen on Friday overnight & I got up to that on Saturday morning so I went into the cricket store & talked to the two young women there & I had asked about my options because I have a protection plan on my phone so she had told me that I could get another phone & up grade but instead on Sunday I had got a cricket phone (used) & they helped me set it up & I got a new SIM card & now I am so grateful to them for being so helpful & doing everything they could for me! Thank you to the team #104 at cricket wireless & ?%+ & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great job! ??

The women at my local Cricket truly gave an outstanding service performance. They help me with my claim from start to finish and for that I thank you ladies. Not having much patience for inputting data these outstanding cricket representatives walked me through the process, making a couple of sales along the way. My phone is working perfectly! Why go out of town when the service is first class here at home.

Spoke with "manager" Patricia 'Patty' Hernandez over the phone; not only was she arguing about disclosing the price of a SIM card, I called one other Cricket store and they told me the exact price for what I needed. Saying that you can't disclose information, and not knowing how to do your job are two different things. So much for the customer always being right. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
