“The staffs are friendly, it's a nice credit union but over all I don't like that if you haven't made any transaction within a year that they charge a fee. I figured if I kept money as evidenced as having a balance then funds should not be taken out. Their expectations have since changed and it's been a while since I made a transition so I don't know how many years years they have taken out funds but account closed. That process was a breeze. The lady behind the counter was still nice.”

Recently it has come to my attention that with the new core system that Tucoemas is inplementing, this gave some beautiful people the idea that they could abuse, say nasty things and other wise throw fits because the technology is taking a while to get out any glitches. I understand when things go sideways its frustrating but folks, Why abuse the worker bees? Emily VanDeuran the branch lead helped me with a wire/bill pay situation and due to the new system it took some time. The faces i saw in line so furious, that there was not instant service said loads. Really? With wars and people not having even the basics, you who HAD A CHOICE, IF YOU DID NOT WANT TO HELP THEM THROUGH THIS TRANSITION, COULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE BEFORE..............They told EVERYONE ALL MEMBERS FOR MONTHS in an online, phone snail mail campaign, that things were going to be adjusting for a while. Well I just wanted to give a shout out for all the hard workers, the fantastic system and our credit union that makes LOCAL DECISIONS, and has ALWAYS been there for me. When I moved back to the area, I decided to keep my credit union down in Orange County because I don't need to use a physical location very often. With EECU, I am able to make check and cash deposits directly into my OC credit union account and the funds are available immediately. This branch is centrally located and easy to access. The employees are always friendly and helpful, although they could use more tellers during peak times. Don't let the long lines scare you away because the line moves quickly.”
“I've had an account with them for a few years, and it was simple to use. Connecting other banks is easy and has never caused a problem for speedy transfers. When I've needed to wire money, the process is easy to follow, and your beneficiaries are listed under account information, so you won't have to worry about them recording and filing what you asked for. It's amazing how many banks withhold that information. In any case, I'm aware that things could change at any time, but thus far I have no grievances. Highly recommended!”
