I brought my car to William with an expectation of taking awhile to get my hybrid battery refurbished and boy was I wrong. Not only did he have the car done early but, the car is now working in better shape than when I dropped it off. Extremely grateful to have found William. He really know his stuff and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to repair, replace or service their hybrid battery. He will layout all options starting with the most cost efficient solution. My electric car batteries weren’t holding a charge and William came to my house to retrieve all 6 batteries. The service was above and beyond. He removed all 6 batteries and recharged them which 2 needed to be replaced. 2 weeks later after I purchased the 2 new battery’s he came back out to my house and installed them for me. All at a very fare and reasonable price. I’ll be using them for any future auto issues. He is very knowledgeable, professional and honest.Services: Auto battery replacement

These guys are the real deal. Last week my hybrid battery gave out on my 2013 Prius c. I called them up on Saturday and asked if they could take care of it on Sunday (their day off)and they said yeah. By the grace of God my car made it all the way from Hemet to Fallbrook. Long story short they swapped out the battery in 1 hr. My car drives like a dream now and my mpg shot up a few points too. If you are feeling unsure about using this service think again. Let me start off by saying when my hybrid battery died I was in a panic my car is my life and services like this are pretty slim in this area. After calling around to a few places, that seemed as if they were just trying to make a sale off me I came across X-Gen. William was super informative and honest on what my options were.I try not to bug my tech to much when my cars in the shop but William is vary punctual when I did have a couple questions. 10/10 all around good honest service.Service: Auto battery maintenance

I recently got work done on my Toyota prius and let me say that im very happy with the way things turned out, he did a very honest work (Which is really hard to find).William worked on the hybrid battery and struts and let me tell you, my car is running great!.To get to his place/shop is kind of tricky, there is a big hill to get there but it is definitely worth it.
