Just had the worst banking experience of my 20 years with Wells Fargo here and will be closing my account as a result. Made an appointment with a "banker", Phil Sultan. Phil was 15 minutes late to the appointment. I asked him if the appointment was not set up correctly and why were we starting late and he clicked around on his computer for a minute and then said "uh I guess I just missed it". Then proceeded to be condescending and arrogant throughout our entire conversation. Wasnt able to help me get done what I needed to get done and frankly didnt seem to care. I told him I'd be closing my account and he said, hope you have a nice day. No effort whatsoever at customer service.

Highly recommend NOT banking at the Fallbrook branch.My check I deposited was put on hold the next day after specifically asking the teller and bank manger if there would be a hold and was told "NO" by both employees.Reason over a certain amount yet not even that certain amount was released.I have to wait a week for 10% to be released and another week for more of the funds to be available.When calling to dispute and try to get at least 10% released I asked for the managers name I was speaking with and she hung up on me.Ladies and gentlemen customer service right here at it's finest.Yes I called back and spoke to another manager. No never resolved.Yes, I am switching banks.Not first issue with this specific location.Alot of the staff seems unknowledgeable as if not much training.Not personable like other bank locations. (WHICH SURPRISES ME BECAUSE FALLBROOK PRIDES THEMSELVES ON THIS)over all I have had a BAD experience with this location.Not to mention ATM is almost always out of service.

I stopped by the branch in Fallbrook Ca. to discuss my business account with a bank officer. I had to stay in line for 20 minutes just to request to meet with some one. Some guy teller started asking me bunch of question and then told me I could not meet with anyone without an appointment. I felt I had waisted my morning going to the branch, staying in line and then sent away when I actually could see an office sitting in her cubical waiting for a customer. I consider this kind of service to be extremely poor.

Opened a charter account at Wells Fargo Anaheim Hills in 1978. No checking fees for that charter account that I still have today. Always good service at any of the branches that I have dealt with.

Ok this is long overdue but anyway here we go... (Not only is the service always good here, but even when someone is being rude these people always keep their cool) I once tried to withdrawal from the ATM and nothing came out but my account said it did! So I went inside and was immediately in a panic. Colby was as cool as a cucumber! He calmed me down and signaled a manager. They had it handled in like 5 minutes!!! Not only this time, but every time I see my dude Colby he's always so pleasant and helpful. Guys also has great sideburns! Thank you to B of A Fallbrook for being awesome.
