This has to be the worst location around. How it has 5 stars is beyond me. I stood in line for 20 minutes while 2 employees took their sweet time helping the same 2 customers. Don’t come here unless you have a whole day planned out to visit- and pack a lunch!

I saw some one's post on (friends of fallbrook page ) about his frustration with Verizon, about billing issues, i my selfjust had the WORST experience with Verizon. I have been with them for about 15 years and had to cancel them!!

Unfortunately I was ripped off by Verizon wirelessThey came up with all kinds of extra things, and ghost lines that I was charged for .When I go to the store and ask for a refund , they ask me to call customer service , when I call customer service they ask me to go to the store

Emma and Giuseppe at this Verizon Shop in Fallbrook are GREAT! I came in with a bunch of questions about replacing my broken cell phone hardware, my son’s Verizon account, and the Internet service. They were easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and they cared about me and my phone service need! They listened to me carefully, presented me a few options in a plain language that I understand (I’m not tech savvy), explained me pros and cons of each option and helped me figure out what I need to do next. I’m so glad that they were there when I visited this Verizon shop! THANK YOU, Emma and Giuseppe!

I would give zero stars if I could.I went there with my wife to upgrade her phone and stick with my old plan(had a good old plan not offered now). I was adamant that I did not want to switch plans. I expressed that to the sales rep and she was very condescending and unprofessional after that. She was making remarks of “if you like spending money for no reason” then I would say no again she would say “keep throwing money away”. She kept making statements in that nature.She sold the plan as I would be keeping everything the same but cheaper and with 5G, now I don’t have hotspot available and my data is slower when using my phone through the day.Overall bad experience and would not go there again.
