Probably one of the worst experiences at a post office. I took my family in to get their passports sent in. I went online to try to make an appointment, but the website would not allow me to. I was early and one of the only ones present to get a passport taken care of and they refused to help me because I didn’t have an appointment. Soon there was nobody present in the office at all, only me and they still refused to help me. I asked if they would help me make an appointment and they said no. They were extremely combative and quick to turn me down. Horrible service. Do not come here if you need something done.

Omg I don't know why so many negative reviews, but I honestly want to say this post office in Fallbrook was able to help me with an urgent package while I'm on the field for an deployment. Noe was beyond helpful and professional and helped me ! Thank you guys for being amazing and going above and beyond !

Well I have to say that I had a problem with a package, they put it in the wrong mailbox, but they solved the problem immediately, the next day they called me that the package was already in my mailbox, so I am very grateful and excellent service from the customer service customer. Thank you so much.

Passport information for everyone that there dumb website lies. YOU NEED A BIRTH CERTIFICATE A SOCIAL IS NOT PROOF OF BEING A CITIZEN APPARENTLY EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS 2 FORMS OF ID ONE IS YOUR DRIVER LICENSE AND SOCIAL ! APPARENTLY THATS NOT COMPLETELY ACCURATE MUST BE A BIRTH CERTIFICATE SOCIALS ARE NOT PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP

When you go to any post office you don’t expect the service you receive….. this location feels like family! They are really there for you and will exceed your expectations of standards, lose a package?! they will go above and beyond to find it for you (if possible)!!! you need the latest and greatest holiday stamps they have them!!!! or if you need to get your passport, this is one of the few locations that will do that for you!!!

I walked in at 455pm and the gentleman at the counter said they were closed already. Mind you the sign says 5pm. He was an older man with glasses. I've walked in other times and they have never denied me service even if its at 459pm. Such disappointing experience and bad customer service.

Your mail services are POOR. I've only been in there TWICE & BOTH ITEMS I WALKED IN WERE EITHER DELAYED OR LOST. I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN. Now, I'm Being CHARGED for A pkg I attempted to return that YOUR STAFF LOST....$155.00 THANK YOU FOR NOTHING.

Looks like a mellow location which is great but the woman behind the counter ruined it for me. Instead of helping us, the next customers in line, she kept stating it was her break time to another employee. When we asked her a question pertaining to passport services she dismissively stated appointments for the day were done as she walked away from us. Super unprofessional. I understand businesses are short staffed these days but please hire people with some customer service etiquette and who at least act like they might like their job.
