Sher is the best!! He deserves a promotion. I've seen him handle a million customers by himself with the utmost professionalism & positive attitude. He's always got a smile on his face, the definition of grace under fire.

Apparently, they charge $10 now if you pick up a package from here. The last time I picked up a package from here (in July) there was no charge. But this UPS store has a new owner now so you will be charged $10 to pick up a package.... unless of course you have a mailbox there and you may be charged less. A complete rip off. The ONLY reason I had my GAP packages sent here is because the UPS driver usually has a difficult time finding my house. Thankfully, the GAP was kind enough to refund the UPS store pickup fee to me. I'm just going to avoid this place in general from now on because aside from the outrageous pickup fee, the people who work there don't seem too happy.

Just like all the other reviews, this place has terrible customer service. One person "working" while the other one pretends to be doing something in the back, meanwhile there is a line out the door. This place is worse than the post office.

I had my doubts after seeing some of the recent reviews but I couldn’t be more pleased with their service this morning; I had a number of boxes to ship and the young lady was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I watched her help 4 or 5 customers before me and she was simply outstanding and couldn’t have been more efficient (multi-tasking across several customers at the same time) and friendly with each customer. Clone her approach to client service and you’ll never have a bad review in the future.

This is a great store to go into to see poor service. Non-caring. People hate their jobs. Could care less about customer service. Never a Hello or Welcome or a Thank You. How is your day. Good Bye. Have a nice day....Nothing. I moved here March 2020 and it is always the same. Even the owner is non-caring. Doesn't it always come from the top down ? In this place .. Yes. I hold UPS at fault for allowing this to go on. Perhaps at the end of the day; UPS only see's the bottom line. It is really sad that this goes on and the owner doesn't do something about it. Only when, if you see the stars go up on Google will you know they had an epiphany ! If you can; give your business to another ; highly rated UPS store.Go in there and see for yourself and rate them.

Absolutely abhorrent actions by one staff member here. Worst experience ever. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Shirlee is quite possibly the rudest customer service representative I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. Not only did she cut me off while speaking, she also very visibly rolled her eyes at me. My package was an international package and so I had to disclose the contents and when I finished disclosing she said verbatim "Really, That's all? I don't think so." Flabbergasted. And when I decided to leave she decided to scream out at me while walking to the door that I "SHOULD" do an estimate next time. Implying I shouldn't have wasted her time. I have never seen such a rude, confrontational worker ever. I am Shocked and never coming back if possible. If she doesn't want to interact with people she shouldn't be up front. The one saving grace is the one trainee who had curly hair. She actually tried to act in a customer service manner. Good job hiring better people. Out with the old in with the new.

I go to this location only when I'm going to the grocery store and have no other option. There's a lot of communication about personalities based on past reviews I believe that it is a waste of time to let management know about it. It doesn't look like it will change. In addition, they charge a dollar for a piece of tape, I get it everything cost money.

Staff here is absolutely terrible at communicating, standards to ship items are constantly changing, and rates are constantly going up with worsening service levels. Seems like they either don't care or just don't know better, and this location is definitely on brand. Switched my personal needs to another courier and after today's encounter, I will be contacting my UPS Account Manager to close my business account for another courier as well. Adios UPS, last time I deal with you. I will be referencing this store's performance & service as the reason for our parting of ways, please enjoy the call from them when they express their frustrations.

This location has turned some pages for the positive. In the past, this location needed a lot of help from customer service and being cleaner. The new manager is doing all she can to train and staff happy, competent employees. The lines move faster and they are doing their best to serve the community of Fallbrook. For those wait times, maybe installing a music system or television to assist in customer visual and auditory. Keep up the good work and we appreciate your dedication!

The older woman working the counter seemed absolutely miserable. I brought three items in to return to Amazon. One item was a bit heavy, a bed frame and I struggled carrying it in since I'm 9months pregnant. She gave me a strange look then told me to put it up on the scale. I laughed because I thought she was kidding at first. Instead of offering to help me or doing it herself she seriously expected me to lift it up on the counter. I told her I could do it if she helped and she then did so. The entire experience was odd and off putting from a customer service standpoint.What else is odd is that none of my returns are showing up as being received several days later. Whenever I use the Temecula UPS store I get a notification within hours that my return is being processed. Not sure I will use this place again unfortunately.

The only thing consistent about this place is the terrible customer service. Every employee seems unhappy and is unhelpful. I have tried to give this location a chance multiple times. We even bring a lot of our company business there, but not any longer. I will gladly take my items to the friendly location in Oceanside near my home rather than the convenient option near our Fallbrook office.
