Kaiden at T-Mobile fallbrook is great! Helped my son set up his new phone and walked us through everything. Even found us a much cheaper family plan with more data for LESS MONEY! Highly recommend his customer service!

Recently I moved to Fallbrook and was looking for a new T-Mobile store in the neighborhood. The store is very clean and bright. The staff is super knowledgeable and amazing, and -- in my experience -- they'll bend over backwards to help the customer get the best deal. Highly recommended and became my new favorite T-Mobile store.

Jaycee was amazing in store, but I received a call and a message from T-mobile saying they didn’t receive my trade in. But everything was done in store & she kept my phone and I only walked out with my new phone. If this isn’t fixed immediately I am switching services so fast. This is ridiculous.

Do not waste your time going to this store! We were there waiting to upgrade our phone and waited over 30 minutes with no help. One person working while the managers were in the back and didn’t come to help. At first, the employee said that one manager was in a meeting while the other one was doing an interview. Saw the interviewee leave and no manager came out even though he want and ask if anyone could help. Horrible customer service!!

Always good service. Not a big box store but well stocked with paints, hardware, tools, garden items, plants, lighting, lumber, gravel, seasonal items. It's a good, reliable, traditional hardware store

The store looks well setup when you walk in but after a second or two it smells like a 1960's bar. The smell of cigarettes is absolutely overpowering and if you don't smoke it will make you gag.I can't speak for their t-mobile service as I have sprint. Nobody there knew how to work sprint and directed my to customer care. Then a random person walked in and the staff members were elated to see him and directed their attention from the customers in the store to said individual. Avoid this store at all costs and make the drive to Temecula or Oceanside

Do not waste your tile going to this T-Mobile worker’s dont know what they’re doing really bad customer service. I walked in yesterday 7/27/22 wanting to do a upgrade and i couldn’t because i supposedly owed money on a phone and i told them my phone has been paid off i called customer service and they told me they had ordered a phone that same day and this store. I later called asking for a manager and one of the girls told me they couldn’t pass me to a manager unless i told them the reason i wanted to talk to a manager and asked when the manager would be in and she said he doesn’t come in unless he has a reason to come in really bad service at this T-Mobile
