Extremely happy with the ease and speed of my visit. Warning on location for folks with disabilities, it is on the 2nd floor with a non functioning elevator with no postings on it. Upon asking Quest employee about it, no idea when or if the new landlord will be fixing it.

Appointments online are always easy to set up/change. Check in is always a breeze. Staff is polite and knowledgeable, if not a little TOO nice sometimes. Believe me, I see how some of these 'patients' treat the Staff. They can be rude AF. Personally, I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes total. Actually, I'm ALWAYS in and out in maybe 10 minutes so that's not just some anomaly. Couldn't ask for better than that, IMO.

I came here for my 1 year old son to get his blood drawn for an led test and there was no one at the front desk from when I got there, we got locked outside for about 8 mins because of the door then one of the nurses couldn’t feel my sons vein but still decided to put the needed in his arm and still didn’t get any blood so she stuck his arm for no reason. I do not recommend going here.

First time I took my 100-y.o. mother here we had no appt and barely got in before they took lunch break… 3 hours of waiting. The 2nd time w/appt-no wait. 3rd time they canceled then rescheduled one w/appt was 1.5 hr wait. Very flakey place.1.5 hr waimywitappointment it only took 10 minutes of waiting and the person said

I had a technician named Keith. I told him that I have a very difficult time giving blood and he was so attentive. He was able to find a vein on his first attempt and talked to me the entire time to distract me. He made sure I had water and extra time to sit and do deep breathing until my dizziness went away. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had giving blood, thanks to Keith.

I had quick service at this location the week before this latest appointment, which is why I scheduled again for my most recent labs the week after.My Dr. had faxed my lab work request to them the day prior to my recent appointment I made online. When I arrived I had used the easy text message they provide to check in. My appointment was at 9:40am. There was nobody at the front desk to ask if they received my lab request from my Dr. I decided in the meantime to call my Doctor to verify they sent the fax and they did, but I told them to send it again just in case.There was only ONE lab tech. working the entire office. Noone at the front desk. They also changed their hours to close each day at 1130am. There was a waiting room full of about 10 people. Some had appointments but those people had already been waiting upwards of an hour.After 75 mins, my name was called and it was the only time it was available for me to ask if they received the fax. The tech went to the fax machine that I could see on the front desk and looked around at it and said no fax. I stated the dr said they sent it twice. I had to let the next person go ahead of me and called dr again. They confirmed the texts went through and verified they had the correct number. I literally could see the fax machine from the front desk and asked for them to send it again. Nothing came through at all. When the tech came out to get me being again next in line, I told her about the fax machine not working. She was rude and impatient and said she didn’t know why the fax didn’t work and continued with the next patient. At this point it was 11:15am. After waiting over 90 mins, I left.I scheduled and went to the Quest location in Escondido the very next day which I had went to a few months ago. Where I should have went from the beginning!!Fully staffed and great, friendly, and attentive QUICK service. When I shared with them my horrible service in Fallbrook, they said they get those complaints all the time.Take the extra time to go to the Escondido office instead of the FALLBROOK location!!

Takes forever to get results. All calls go to electronic choices or website. No live answering. Only one person in lab to do both admin and lab work. This all results in extremely poor customer satisfaction.

I had a bad experience here a couple of years ago. My cardiologist wanted me to come because Quest does a more comprehensive panel then LabCorp. Just had my blood drawn by Brianna. She did an excellent job. Top notch and very professional.

This place need major repair! Since covid getting proper labs are impossible. It’s has become a waiting game with no front staff to speak to. They service as few people a day as possible. Hours for this locations are to short for the community. Painful blood draws and in the dark not to mention. I don’t know if she realized the light was off but it was.
