We've brought our dogs here twice and both times they DID NOT do what we asked as far as face and ear trimming. For the money they charge, the customer should get what they asked for. We are not going back again!

Just moved to town and this is close to where I live , I stopped by after work and asked many questions. A few days later I brought my dog and the service was amazing. The dude that helped me was super friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back

Pampered Pets is the absolute best grooming service I have ever used. Fernie always grooms our dogs and does an amazing job! Our dogs love him because he is so warm and friendly to him. This is definitely a 5-star experience!

Fernando did an excellent job on our Golden Retriever Duffy. Duffy's coat is clean, soft, and shiny. His paws and claws are precisely and neatly trimmed. Ears are nicely clean and his feathers just right. I believe Duffy was strutting as we left. We will be regular customers here.

Recorded message states open from 9am-4pm on Saturday w/walk-in nail trimming between 3-4. No appt. necessary. Arrived at 3:30 to find shades drawn & door locked. No sign with notice of early closure. Disappointing.

They do a good job, they're friendly, and a lot cheaper than other places I've been to in Fallbrook. Wish I would've known about this place sooner.

I absolutely love taking my dogs here this is the only place that my dogs even though they have high anxiety when they come out of there they don't come out shaking they come out looking beautiful they smell great and they do such an awesome job even if they wanted to charge $500 for my two little dogs I would pay it that is how great these girls are. They're hard to get into so I have to schedule my dogs out a few months ahead and that doesn't bother me because that is how much I really love taking my dogs here.
