Fabulous customer service. As a Senior searching for a replacement for my Metro cell phone, I really appreciated the courtesy, knowledge and patience of the young man, Diego, who served me last week. Customer Service is important and Diego shines at it!

Once again I tried calling the Fallbrook office several times and no one answers the phone. This is suppose to be a place of business.

The worst customer service. Tried calling the store several times for a simple question. They never answered the phone. Drove to the store. Had to pay phone bill with cash. I asked for a receipt since it was another person's bill I was paying. First employee stated their printer was broken. Second employee said they don't issue paper receipts anymore. I wanted something stating I gave them cash in case something went wrong. They told me they couldn't do it. I'm hoping this is the only store that has such poor customer service.

Amazing Custumer service!! I was very PLEASED and AMAZED on how helpful and intelligent these girls are. S/O to Lucia,Lupita, Mayra, Juana, and Itzel!! Thank you girls! You girls are amazing!!! Definitely recommend this store! Great attitude and Custumer service! Always SOOO FRIENDLY!!! Love these girls :)

Every time I come in with any issues or questions they are resolved. They are all very polite and greet everyone at the door. Awesome customer service skills.

The staff is not two knowledgeable on the product but one Yung lady bent over backwards for us she's only been there two months the others were very argumental and didn't really care what was going on and very argumental I'd like to thank the young lady that helped us out thank you Lupe and God bless you
