“I have stayed here many times. The staff is wonderful. They always have a good deal on rooms even on busy weekends. Rooms are clean. Atmosphere is quiet. The hot tub and pool facilities are very nice. The hotel itself is in close proximity to various food locations. Will absolutely stay here again.

Noteworthy details: The best part about this hotel (amongst many other things) is it's staff. They are diligent, friendly, and welcoming.”

“Very nice hotel in a great location with just a quick walk around the corner to the entrance to Temecula Old Town District. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was good, and had a decent variety of both hot and cold items (the eggs were delicious!). The hotel itself was great, but the topper was the excellent assistance and service we received by front desk employee, Pamela. She was a doll, and graciously helped us out when we requested a few additional items we needed extra of for the room. Check in and check out with Pamela was friendly, fast and efficient. Will stay here again when back in town.”

“As an IHG cardholder I am forever happily suprized at the hotels under this brand. I recently spent two nights at the Staybridge Suites Temecula and I was blown away! It started with excellent communication from the friendly staff (Shawn and Chris), regarding my stay, and continued through till before checking out, I was able to use the provided (free), washer and dryer to catch up on my laundry! But in between I found my room to be spacious and clean and it had everything you could ever need for a longer stay. Not to mention the evening happy hour with hot food and cold drinks and an ample breakfast! For the value, amenities and service I received, I totally would rate them 5 stars! Check them out when your in Temecula!Rooms: Spacious clean rooms with all you need to feel at home.Nearby activities: Ten minutes from Temecula wine country and five from downtown!Safety: Area was well lit and appeared safe and walkable.Walkability: There are many restaurant options in the area.Food & drinks: Evening happy hour and ample free breakfast!”

“Nice clean rooms. The A/C was a bit disappointing since it would not set below 68 degrees. That made it too warm for my liking while sleeping. Other than that everything was pretty solid & well equipped”

“You can tell it's a little on the other side but it seems like they've recently upgraded it. The bathrooms though look like they are original. Everything you need is right on property which is nice. Restaurant golf course bar. Everybody at the facility was very nice. The place was very clean. I thought it was a good stay”

“We have been staying almost exclusively at Hampton Inns and Hiltons for the past few years. The Temecula Hampton Inn fell a little short of our expectations based on recent stays at other hotels in their chain in other cities. The Positives: Located near a convenient freeway on-ramp/exit with some eateries within walking distance. The room was spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable. The area between the top mattress and foundation was insect and dust free. The fridge was in working order and clean. The carpet was clean and cushy. Sustainable (refillable) wall-mounted decanters of shampoo and conditioner were much appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly and promptly greeted us upon check-in.The “not so greats”: Sanitizer stations were empty and it did not appear the room’s remote control had been sanitized as it had been in some other towns. It made us wonder if other touch surfaces were being wiped down regularly. We had to request soap since housekeeping had only provided one; requiring us to take it from the sink to the shower and back until we got more from the front desk. The closet door’s magnetic closing mechanism was hanging halfway off, so it was hard to keep it shut. The morning buffet was not well monitored, so an hour into the breakfast service some food levels were low or out, including both large coffee dispensers of caffeinated coffee being empty.Noteworthy details: We believe the Temecula site was disappointing in some respects but better than some other hotel chains we have stayed in.”

“Was hesitant to book as reviews at time of booking where a hit or a miss...BUT I'M THRILLED we gave it a go...We will definitely put this property in our vacation rotation...Staff Jezzel, Anthony and Missy are wonderful...eager to help with any needs and quick to answer questions...They have extras room items behind the desk if you need anything. They keep the market place well stocked and tidy...The property is well maintained. Nice heated indoor pool and wonderful outdoor pool. Small but adequate gym. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Free parking, Free Breakfast. Cable TV (HBO) Separate restroom from shower area...Nice for couples or girlfriends weekend...Great location for wine country or downtown Temecula...Exceptional Value

Rooms: Clean...plenty of room...comfy couch..
Ac and heat are wall unit but work great and are not too loud. TV is LG flat screen...not a smart TV but I welcomed the on demand as we do not have cable so it was nice to catch up on some of the channels we do not have on our at home streaming services...plus they have HBO where most smart Tvs have SHOWTIME so it was nice for a staycation to watch the latest Realease out on MAx

Food & drinks: Well stocked market place, Nice hot breakfast. (Sausage, ham, scrambled eggs, waffles, muffins, bagels, yogurt, coffee and juice) Rosa's Cafe and Vinces Spaghetti with in walking distance (must try both...delicious) and tons of food choices nearby”

“The room is better than I expected and it was very quiet. Customer service at the front desk was nice. Both times, I had to stop up there, including at checkout, which was very quick. The room was very nice and everything functioned properly. I had an enjoyable stay, thank you. I also appreciated the Wi-Fi, which was free and worked perfectly.”
