“This place is my jam! Been coming here for several years. It’s always been good, multiple equipment for most of your needs. I focused much on the free weights and squat rack and usually never had issues to wait. Currently under new management and ownership for some time and it has improved overall with the quality of equipment. Good gym and good people.??”

“This is such a quaint little gem of a dance/gym studio in town. I went there for a HIIT sculpt class with Nedda-- she was awesome! Her class was very easy to follow, great workout and inspirational. The owner was there and was also very friendly and welcoming.”
