The cyberhack has made this an impossible situation for their office to operate effectively. The patient must go in person to make an appointment. Communication seems to be broken between their office and any pharmacy/lab services. This office is broken. Good luck

This IT disaster is ridiculous and the manual workarounds are full of errors. Finally, after 4 days of trying, got my Rx. It's not right so I guess I get to start over? I love Dr Dai but this kind of runaround for an ongoing medication is a joke.

Dr Winton is great! He is the exception though. Everything else about this place is terrible. In the last 3 years they have been the victims of at least two major cyber attacks meaning all your private medical and identity information will probably be stolen at some point. The front end staff doesn't seem to know how to operate without their computers. Their capabilities change from day to day and you can't even call in and make an appointment. Save yourself the hassle and stay away.

The worst ‘doctors’ I have ever had the misfortune to see. Condescending, uncaring and no interest in helping me with my new health problems. Dr. Jensen and Dr. Dai or Mai should be in medical research, if that, as they have absolutely no desire to truly help their patients. Milking the system. How is it these people are still in business?

Dr. Huang is the best and the staff has always leaves me with a good experience. Glad to have found them.

If you need to call and make an appointment, plan for at least a 45 minute hold time. It is faster to drive there and walk in and get an appointment. They don’t do online. I have been going to the same doctor for 4 years, at least every 6 months if not more. Every time I walk in for an appointment it’s like the first time I’ve seen her. No questions about previous issues, nothing. Acted surprised at one visit when she asked me a question and I told her “you should know this, we talk about it at every visit “. Sends me to specialists and I pay hundreds of dollars to have these tests done and doesn’t bother to even ask or discuss them with me. I saw her today about a condition very serious to me and she was out of the office in less than 3 minutes and gave me a couple pages of print outs and was done. Completely disregarded me when I told her I stopped a Med and why. She kind of threw her hands up and said well it’s a side effect and offered no other advice. I hope Vista offices are better because I’m done.

I've had the worst experience every single time I've walked into this practice. Every single time I am met with basic medical information that you can find online, and frustration to not actually get help for what I walked in for.I walked in earlier this year with a foot injury, and walked out being told to "wear better shoes." I wasn't able to walk properly for a month. I came in twice and the second time I had to BEG them to give me a boot so I could walk semi-pain free. I literally begged them to help me. Is this what it takes to actually get medical attention here?I walked in with whiplash today and the appointment lasted 2 minutes. My neck hurts like hell and they don't provide me a solution because they don't care.If you don't care about helping people, don't become a doctor.

We must find a replacement for this horrific place. How can such an expensive place to live have such unacceptable place to go for Medical help. The Doctors at Graybill (at least the ones I have encountered) have the audacity to be arrogant and rude and short. Tear the place down and start with a new medical group. We pay them, we pay their salaries. It’s time for us to change the way Doctors treat us.

Do not go here. You get 10 minutes, max. The doctor fails to ask primary questions or correlate symptoms to diagnose properly. You're better off googling your symptoms.

The only reason this is not a one star review is my 18 year relationship with Dr. Bridgeman. He has been a hero for me at times. These days, the communications with the office, portal issues, general culture at the office has me with little good to say. The business seems to be more about profit than patients. Everyone seems to be just going through the motions getting people processed. The phone system hangs up on you, goes to "the business is closed" message or just keeps you on hold forever. I have a prescription that needs to go through the office once a month to get refilled and once every three months I have to go in for a regular visit. I do not mind the calls, it's getting through that is the problem. I dread it it every time the monthly calls need to be made. The Google reviews reflect this problem for the last four years. This change definitely does not reflect the values of Fallbrook. My home for 10 years. I hope it gets better.

impossible to get through to make an appointment. Tried all day and kept getting their service which said they would have someone call me back. Someone would call back but wouldn't even stay on the line long enough for me to answer. They would leave a message with a number for their service but never a direct number to the office, creating an endless loop of frustration. Totally corporate and cold, obviously no thought or consideration for someone who is in need of care. Will be looking for a new medical group and doctor asap.

It's 8:30AM Thursday morning, I called the office to schedule an appointment for my wife. If you are a Graybill/Palomar Health Medical Group patient, you have probably become used to the 30-60 minute wait on hold to speak to someone. After being on hold for 20 minutes, the answering system stated "There is no one to help you now, please call back later" and hung up. This is worse than the DMV that is notorious for excessive wait times and poor customer service. You could do so much better if it was important to PHMG/Graybill Leadership.

Every time I call I am on hold for 20 or more minutes this time I have been on hold for 50 minutes and still waiting. I think they are looking at their caller id and just don't want to answer to

In June 2022, we called multiple times across multiple days to try to make an appointment to address my husband's chronic back pain, which had recently sharply increased. We waited on hold for 45+ minutes several times, and only got through to someone on the 4th day of trying. The doctor did not listen attentively, was dismissive of my husband's experiences and concerns, and did not satisfactorily address the problem. The nurse then wrote my husband's name incorrectly multiple times on his PT referral. In March 2023, I waited on hold for 45 minutes (initially 7th in queue) before I was able to speak to a representative. I made an 11:00 AM same-day telehealth visit with Dr. Dai to discuss my prolonged illness. As 11:00 AM rolled around, I had received no calls to check me in, no emails, no texts. I tried to call the office twice, but each time the recorded message said I'm 15th (!!) in the queue; No way I could speak to someone before my scheduled appointment time, or even before the office lunch break. I haven't been able to log into the patient portal for months (I had previously called and left a message with their IT department, and never heard back), but finally got in touch with an IT rep and was able to log in. Turns out, the representative mistakenly made the appointment for 3 weeks out.I had issues logging in to the online portal again in March 2022, called and spoke to a customer service rep who said she couldn't figure out the issue and would forward it to IT. I never heard back, so I called back today (April). This time the rep says they've been having issues with the portal for two months. She says patients were emailed (I was not) and it was posted on their website (it is not on the Graybill Fallbrook website or the Next Gen log-in page). She also said there would have been a message on NextGen about the outage, if I had been able to log in.At this point, Graybill has wasted hours of my time for extremely mediocre care.

Decided to get back with them as my medical group. Have been on hold for an hour and still caller #5 . Scheduling/ rescheduling and canceling an appointment here is absolutely impossible. Had my family DRIVE to the office to cancel my appointment since they never answer just to be told by the receptionist I didn't have an appointment scheduled even though I received a confirmation call. Very disappointing.
