So sad as I had been a fan since they opened =.
Total incompetence . again very sad to report , I went to the shop
to have some copies made and send off important documents
to my CC company , Pre-addressed I inserted my copies and asked
for the postage amount , I was told 2oz and a 97 cent stamp was affixed
to my 9 x 12 envelope. When I was billed I was surprised to learn of a 53 cent surcharge for the convince stamp = Had that been disclosed I would not have purchased it there as my intention was to run it to the Post Office for a quick departure .
I arrived at the Post Office and brought my parcel to the counter to obtain a receipt = The Postal Worker informed me that the envelope had insufficient postage and I need to pay a additional 80 cents due to the large envelope.
I paid and sent my envelope off to the CC company
I returned to Goin Postal and explained what had transpired =
The person there said they needed to contact the manager (?)
I said not only did you not disclose the surcharge at your place but you gave me the wrong amount for postage - The worker at the USPS counter said it would have been better than 50% chance the envelope would have been returned (which would have been a disaster)
Having been in retail for a lifetime I know what I would have done -
Admit the magnitude of your mistakes and make a honest attempt
to satisfy the situation -- Instead I was told we can do nothing for some convoluted reason - NO BUENO
Total incomparable / No supervision
need to think twice before trusting them again

Please be aware of what type of live scan form you require before getting a livescan here. When you ask them, they will lie to you and tell you whatever form you brought, is indeed the correct form, regardless if it is in fact incorrect. Take your money, then say, "oh well, technically it is the right form, just not for what you needed."

Been going to this post office for along time now. They are quick courteous and do there best to find the cheapest cost. I do brag about them since I work at the corporate offices. We offer FedEx Ups USPS and DHL services. Fingerprinting fax,scan,copying and custom packaging.

Excellent, personalized service for a notary document. I received a prompt call back to my inquiry and was able to make an appointment. Always pleasant and helpful staff here. I drive a little farther than I need to just to patronize this store.

Honestly, I hate the name. This is why I waited for so long to go in. I think it is in bad taste and just promotes the origin of a violent past. I also realized that there are a handful of these stores throughout California.Having said that, I had the best experience! These ladies and gentlemen took care of my needs in an effective way. They paid attention to detail and even gave me tips on how to save time in the future (send them an email). I have used them a few times now and will be back again and again.

Richard and his able staff offer genial and outstanding customer service. If you require shipping and mail services outside of the USPS, then this is certainly the place. I give Going Postal my highest recommend. Try them out!

We've had a mailbox here for a few years. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They advertise they have the lowest priced mailboxes in town, and I'm sure it's true since my husband shopped around before selecting this mailbox.

This place is seriously awesome! Exceptional customer service! In my line of work, clients often have to mail things to me, get copies made, scan things, etc., and some have come here and had excellent experiences! I have received scanned items from Goin' Postal and had zero problems. You can't say that very often about a business, so I appreciate it! Keep up the good work!

I had to ship out a section of a Mercedes exhaust pipe complete with a muffler to a unique business located on the East Coast who rebuilds the Mercedes' parts to factory specs for an expensive diesel emissions system. The part measured five feet in length, 20 inches wide, and weighed at least 30 pounds. Aurelia and two other very helpful ladies at Fallbrooks yGoin' Postal on Misdion Ave looked at it and said "no problem, we will build a box for it and pack it right". And ooy, did they deliver!! And the price for this work was amazingly reasonable. I write a glowing review for this shop and very nice and helpful "can do" people there because I had just left the UPS store where, in great contrast to my experience here, discouraged any help in packing or shipping my item, it being too big and heavy for them to deal with. So it was a delight to meet these people at Goin' Postal who took the job on with a smile. Cannot recommend them enough!! Brian Carey

They're fabulous. I've been a customer for over a year now, and the staff is so nice and friendly. They are also speedy at giving you your packages. Pricing is very reasonable and they are open all mail days.
