Cashier (presenting as a female) was very disrespectful. I bought a vape device and wanted to try in the store due to her “no return” policy. The vape didn’t work and didn’t leave the store but since I paid she REFUSED to give me a refund. Was going to force me to leave with s defective product until I started threatening to call the police.

Ignore the dumbass one star comments on this page. Its a smoke shop, you dont get to go home, suck on a vaporizer than ask for a refund or a new one. its been like this for years. Ever try asking for a refund or a 'new' water pipe YOU broke? LOL The lady working the counter is incredibly kind, and doesnt bother you while you look around. She knows her s**** and ya she wears a mask. Who fuckin cares? Youre free not to wear one, so specifically calling this place a Sheep Shack or w/e dumbass thing that person said is so stupid. Clearly butthurt and cant take the L. *edit They where butthurt over 20$ LMAO

I've been here 3 times and always had a good experience. Lady working the counter is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I would wish for is that they would have their Salt Nic juices displayed in a case where I can see them instead of the back. Currently you have to look at a sheet of paper but I still like this place. Prices are reasonable.

The lady in here is horrible with her customer service skills. Snotty comments. Lost a sale. Don't waste your time it's swap meet junk overpriced. This was on Christmas eve BTW.Happy holidays

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD - NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS, TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF! I spent $50 on a defective vaporizer that worked one time then wouldn't heat. Took it right back in, they said "manager" was out but give it to them they would "look it over" and see what they could figure out. (Yes I know how to use a vaporizer, I didn't realize how dishonest they were and that this was just a tactic to stall or I would never have agreed to give it to them.) I went back REPEATEDLY and got the same run around, they were waiting to talk to the manufacturer, were waiting on a new shipment, blah blah blah. REFUSED TO REPLACE IT OR CREDIT ME THE MONEY, just put me off for MONTHS at which time I had to go out of town for several months. THIEVES.

Took the bong home and realized it had a cracked bowl so I call the lady and tell her but shes to bad she cant do anything.. Even knowing that the bong was still in the bag she put it in still stapled. She didn't even want to exchange the bowl.

The owners are super sweet, always helpful and service is fast. The selection for cannabis related products is decent sized and good prices and one of the bigger ones in the area. The selection of vape, tobacco and cigar products is also great. This is my 1 stop shop in town for all of my needs! Would highly recommend

This is such a beautiful little shop. Cleanest shop I have ever been in. Staff is amazing and if they don't have what you're looking for just ask and they will try to get it for you.
