I highly recommend Olive tire shop. As a regular customer, I recently had an issue with a tire I bought. I visited the shop, and they promptly replaced it without any hassle. Always friendly and always fast!

I went there with my wife and got a set of tires, about 2 weeks later she went back because she thought that she had a nail in her new tire, so they checked and they said it’s just a rock that got stuck in the tire, she stil had to pay 20 dollars and the owner told my wife that she was just using that as an excuse to see him, I haven’t confronted the guy yet but, I probably have a talk with him, please guys don’t send your wife’s there along.
My wife and I would never do business with this guy ever again.

I'm not sure what his name is but he definitely took care of me I was $11 short I would have got one tire for 70 bucks used otherwise he gave me two new ones for 100 there are different size but I'm not keeping the car much longer it's very rare you see somebody helping out everybody's too busy with whatever's going on

Came in for 2 puncture fixes. Workers take the tire off and claim they can’t do the one patch because the screw is too big. Also claim they can’t patch because there was one previous patch. Thing is, a tire can get 3 patches before it needs to be replaced. Started pushing brand new front tires, despite the other tire being totally fine. They patch the 2nd tire no problem, but then try to sell me on a whole new set of all 4 tires claiming they’re “too worn down”
I know what worn tires are like. Mine will be fine for quite some time. I just got them replaced about 6 months ago.
Came in for a $40 job and they try to sell me a $400-500 set of tires. Took it to another shop and they fixed the “too big” patch no problem.

I went to this tier shop where I live at in need of a tier and looking for cheep tiers on a budget and this place got me a used tier for cheep excellent Coustmer service will be back again

I was in my way home to Las vegas from my CA road trip back in August. Got a flat tire and all the tire shops in the area were unhelpful, except Olive tire shop!!the guy not only help me change the tire but inspect all fours and found a lot of cracks on the other three tires. he helped me changed all of them and charged me a reasonable price and dod not take advantage of my situation!! great guy and services.

I had a random rear flat tire on my 4-series this morning. I used my roadside assistance and towed it over to these guys. They replaced my rear tires, rebalanced my front tires since another shop had messed them up, and removed/replaced some stripped lug nuts. They did a good job and were quick! I don't like buying new tires since I've always gotten a long life out of matching used tires and the math works in my favor.Important note; they don't take AMEX. I personally use my AMEX for everything but be sure to have a backup card on hand just in case. I had to do a quick bank transfer to another card on the spot. Just a heads-up if you like to use an AMEX personal/business account for purchases.Overall would highly recommend them!

Couldn't even get these guys to answer a question. They would answer the phone, then without asking if I could hold (which I gladly would have) they carried on a conversation with someone else, and then hung up on me. I attempted 3x. Not sure what's going on over there, but I cannot recommend.

Olive Tire Shop in Fallbrook, CA went above and beyond for us. Even though we arrived just 20 minutes before closing, the dedicated team stayed late to ensure our tire was replaced. Their commitment to customer service is commendable. The only reason I'm holding back a full 5 stars is a slight miscommunication on pricing. Nonetheless, I highly recommend their services.
