The owner Chris is rude. In January I paid $200 to have some propane put in my tank and the driver accidentally overfilled and now they want me to pay $600 for their mistake cause I'm using the gas when I had no knowledge of the mistake that the delivery driver made not right not fair.

Extremely disappointed with Fallbrook propane. We pay extra for the automated monitoring and refill. Whatever error happened on their side, our tank went to 0. When I called for emergency service, they said they do not do night delivery and could not do anything for me until the following morning. My home with two 70+ parents and a 16 month old newborn went overnight without central heating.The next day they called me to promise someone could come out "today". I asked for a time, and they could not commit to anything.I will be contacting Ferrel Gas, Alliance Propane (Temecula), and Suburban Propane for rates and process to switch vendors.

Be vigilant with this company - we usually pre-pay our propane for a specific amount. However, this last round, the delivery person added an extra 20 gallons without warning and we were hit with a bill PLUS a finance fee!After explaining the situation, the fee was removed, so keep an eye out for over-delivery + finance fees on your future bills!

I usually never give reviews but this one is a must. We bought our home during the winter time and there was a propane tank already here that belonged to Amerigas. Amerigas refused to fill it up because they didn't want to do the work they were supposed to even though it belonged to them. When that didnt happen, I started stressing out because we had no heated water, propane for cooking, etc. I called around to a few local companies and they refused to service us because of where Amerigas had initially installed the tank for the previous owner. We went a long time struggling without propane and having small children in our home, using electricity as our source for heating water and cooking, which was not very convenient. Story short; Fallbrook propane was the only company that came out and helped us in a timely manner. They were all very nice and helpful. They installed a new propane tank for us and had us set up for cooking and had heated water in no time. Everytime we have called them for servicing they are here quickly and efficiently. For that I give them 5 stars. So far great service!

Poor service, I'm on auto fill and have ran out twice now. Had a temporary tank set up while construction was done. For my temporary set up it was moved and installed by fallbrook propane themselves, had been refilled once already, and then for whatever reason the technician that was supposed to refill it once it had ran out said he would not be filling it because of a possible lawsuit with the temporary hose they provided and installed and then left without providing a solution. (Even though they installed the tank for a temporary use themselves). It's sad that you pay for a service and can't count on them for their service.

The invoice states on the back to pay within 30 days or a late charge and a finance charge of 1.5% Problem is invoice gets stuffed into the tank and we have no idea it was filled up. Called to correct problem in February... they removed charges. Same problem again 4 months later. Invoice stuffed in tank, late on paying bill. Called to correct charges and found out they have been charging finance charges on top of finance charges which I believe is illegal. The way the statement reads also shows they are posting the finance charges on the account before the 30 days are up. I mean seriously, drop the invoice at our front door!!! Kind of common courtesy considering we are PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. I am swicthing. Fallbrook Propane blows.

Sad to say Fallbrook has the worst customer service. Look into Suburban Propane or maybe Ferrellgas. I have had service with Fallbrook for just over 20 years. My last few interactions with their staff seem like Fallbrook could care less if they had my business. So be it I will be switching to a new provider once the tank reaches 15%

Sad to say Fallbrook has the worst customer service. Look into suburban propane or maybe ferrellgas. I have had service with Fallbrook for just about twenty years. My last few interactions with their staff seem like Fallbrook could careless if they had my business. So be it switching to a new provider once the tank reaches 15%.UPDATE: 100.00 bucks to remove this post was offered by Fallbrook, if you want this post removed Improve the customer service and I will consider it.

Horrible service with this propane company! They jack up their prices without letting you know and try to tell you they are still the cheapest option around. I called around and guess what they were far from the cheapest option. When I switched providers then Fallbrook propane came to pickup their tank which had an excess of 52 gals of propane they owed me but of course they didn't give a credit for that or even let me go grab the propane from them.

Buyer BEWARE! I've never written an online review but people need to know this company is shady. Something must have changed with them in the last year. They were always very helpful and I never had an issue. I was on automatic deliveries and payments for almost 5 years. Then one day my propane was shut off on a late mid-December Friday afternoon when it was below 40 degrees. The customer service was terrible, she made me feel awful and was very unhelpful. Turns out they shut off my automatic deliveries and payments, I was never notified and they never issued a shut off warning, so then I had to pay almost $1000 to get it reinstated and they didn't want to send anyone until the next day. They told me to call them when I needed a new delivery, even the driver said so. We try not to use our heat often, so there was no need for a delivery anytime soon. A week later they charge me over $750!!! With no heads up- no proof of delivery. Then they emailed me December 30 with a suggested payment plan for future deliveries. Makes no sense. Luckily there are other companies and I will be switching next week.

The company has apparently changed ownership. After four years of fabulous service, it has gone to the worst. We have always been on auto-fill, we pay our bill immediately, and we are out of gas! The house has NO HEAT!!!! We are senior citizens, the overnight temps are in the low 40's, high 30's. Their response...they will be fine....be very careful with their lack of service!

Fallbrook Propane saved me from Amerigas a couple of years ago. I have been dealing with them ever since and have been pleasantly suprised.Great service, office people were very friendly and understanding. Very happy that I switched.
