Well, as usual, Kirk and Packard know what they are doing. I give them my ideas how to deal with my issues, and they give me that look. That's because they do it right, not the way I thought it should be done. Leave it to the professionals my Father also told me, and as always he was right. If you don't like working there, then just leave. The person who answers that phone is a direct representative of the owner of that company, therefore, the approach should be that of keeping the customer first and magnetizing customers to the business. The fact that the person I spoke with today told me they don't have a system to track what was done to a vehicle like task notes on a ticket or anything electronically, blows my mind. Unacceptable.

Went to get a tow hitch attached to my car with the electrical added. They had it done in about 2 hours since i was in a rush to get a uhaul and move they started it right away. There was a problem with the electrical part of it but i came by the next day with the uhaul attached and they fixed the issue right then and there. Super helpful and friendly staff, totally stress free

Spoke to Kirk about my flex pipe being cracked. Took it in and he fixed it within a couple of hours. Great job great customer service. Very reasonable price and made my lil Chevy nice and quiet again. Will definitely give his number to everyone I know down here.Service: Exhaust

I live in Ramona, California... (can't get anything done here) I have 88' Suzuki Samurai that I had over at Petroworks in Fallbrook getting some work done by the great guys over there. And I had a smog issue with the catalytic converter, general exhaust. Petroworks brought it over to Packard here at Fallbrook Muffler. They took care of the problems and got it to pass! About 5 weeks later had a crack in the pipe, called the guys at Petroworks (who I had the work contracted through) they called over to Fallbrook Muffler set up a time for the next day, brought it back into the shop and they had a van on the rack and a couple vehicles ahead of me. But Packard said no worries David I'll get you up on the rack next and get you taken care of and make things right. I was in and out in 40mins. Great service and great management! I'll be driving the 1hr north to Fallbrook for all my services!!! Quality businesses!!! Quality workmanship!!! Quality guys!!!

Went here after Meineke told me it’d be 4000 dollars to fix my catalytic converter and flex pipe. Fallbrook muffler saved the day and was able to just tell me I had a hole in my flex pipe they got it done with a very quick turn around. I will now be bringing all my cars here for exhaust work and recommending them to everyone!Service: Exhaust

It's difficult to pick an exhaust system when building a classic car. You try YouTube videos to compare, it's so hard to know how it will sound. I chose WAY too loud. I wish I came here first! They have done several classic trucks like mine and were able to make a recommendation based on my preferences and I couldn't be happier. It is exactly what I needed and it sounds perfect. Thanks guys! They were quick, it looks good, sounds good, and happy with the pricing.

What a great Father and Son team!! Friendly, professional, efficient ... a true family owned business in the great town of Fallbrook. The guys fixed up a weld and tracked down an exhaust leak for me on my Toyota RV in double quick time for a very fair price. I now have a place I can recommend for exhaust/welding needs to any and all. Forget the chains and support this family owned business Thanks again to Kirk and Packer
