Pulled up to get an estimate and the woman inside couldn't be bothered and told me to wait. I'm not blind. I see her talking to a customer but she just didn't want to be bothered, or the grand I was about to drop just to have the care repaired by a local dealer.

Customer service is great, Carol was amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable, going above and beyond to make me a happy customer. They not only replaced my car's bumper and did a great job with the paint, but Carol helped me through the car insurance process as well! I recommend if you need body work, this is the place to go to. (I've came here both times I've been involved in a car accident)

Congenial. Competent. Efficient. Timely. In December 2020, I went to Fallbrook Auto Body & Paint for an estimate to repair/replace my damaged front bumper. Carol was very thorough in photographing the apparent damage and counseling me on what could be hidden damage that would not be fully revealed until repairs were commenced. I had my estimate by email attachment after an intervening weekend. The following week, I received the estimate and ordered the work. Carol told me on the phone that the parts would be coming out of Los Angeles and that I could bring my vehicle two days later when she expected that the parts would arrive if she ordered them right then. Two days later, I brought my vehicle in at 9:30 AM. By 3:00 PM that same, the work was completed and the cost came out a little less than estimated because some of the parts that had been included in the estimate were determined to be repairable. Thank you, Carol. And thanks as well to your mechanic who made the repairs. And thanks for using OEM parts. The new bumper is blindingly brilliant!

Called to have my hood and drivers side fender replaced with take off from same year make and model with same paint code and the lady talked to me like I didn't know what I was doing. Sorry you couldn't price gouge me! The truck was never in a accident I just simply wanted a hood and fender taken off with oem parts that I have put on. It would have been easy money for the shop but I guess my business was not valuable. I didn't care about blending it to the existing paint I just wanted it installed since I am painting the truck in Mexico in a couple months.

Went there to get an estimate for car and was basically ignored. Waited for them to finish an estimate and after about an hour I left without an estimate. If you want to not be helped go ahead and head down to this body shop.....

Fallbrook Auto Body & Paint did a great job with the repairs to a small bumper collision I had and worked for me to get the appropriate repairs approved with the Insurance company. They have a long history of auto body repairs and they make sure to do it right and to make it match the rest of the car. Go here if you want it done right with good parts and good attention to detail and matching.

Customer service is trash. Tried to get a quote on a restoration of a carbon fiber hood. Literally sand off the old clear coat and spray a new one on. Didn't care what I had to say, cut me off everytime I tried to speak, and kept saying it had to match the rest of the car..... only the hood is carbon fiber. All I needed was a clear coat. Horrible.
