These guys fix our car a/c issue at the 1/10 of the cost the dealership quoted us. Also, it took 3 months for the dealership to identify the issue... Eric's too 10 hours... could not be happier...

Ended up having to take my truck to Eric’s for a misfire and EVAP leak. The entire staff was extremely helpful, very communicative and completed the work as fast as possible. I also have never had a company that sent full, detailed updates on all diagnostic tests, with estimates and pictures of the tests. If you have any doubts on taking your vehicle here, don’t. It is well worth it!

Finding a good mechanic can be challenging but Eric's is great. Very thorough and reasonable prices. They even have loaner cards when needed!

I have used Eric's for everything from a smog check to a transmission replacement and a few minor repairs too. Their service is great and the staff is friendly. Pricing is comparable and fair, with the added value of confidence. I know they are doing the needed work and it's getting done right.

First of all the place was so clean and filled with welcoming information. The two people working in the office were friendly and helpful. I went in to Eric’s to get a Ca smog check on my car. I was able to get in immediately. I sat down watched a little TV on their big screen TV, read through some emails and boom they were done! If you have to get smog checked in the Fallbrook area this is the place to go! Quick, inexpensive and friendly!

Not a fan at all! Not very friendly and felt like I was going to be nickel and dimed. The owner made no effort at all to try and accommodate my needs.There was a Lot of confusion over costs, appointments and what needed to be done to my car. Instead of being courteous, he basically told me he didnt want my business,and put all blame and responsibility on me. I wouldn't want him to work on my car. After speaking with a friend she shared her bad experience with a transmission cleaning coupon they offered. Thank Goodness I took my car to another place in Fallbrook. They were kind and helped me. Robbins Auto. I Highly recommend them!!!

My check engine light and ETC light came on and after taking it to a few places it kept turning back on within the next day or week. I was able to get an appointment in at Eric's and I'd like to mention customer service was amazing the entire experience. They send updates through texts as an option and are very detailed with their updates. It took a couple of weeks for this specific issue because of the electrical testing and test driving. Which I actually prefer because I knew they were being thorough with it and making sure it wouldn't continue to be a problem. I'd say it is definitely worth every penny to bring your business here. They are very honest and I'd like to mention as well that if you have any concerns afterwards they are willing to take a look at it again.
