I wish I had read the reviews before I moved my prescription. Been waiting 4 days. First, they didn’t have enough, so they ordered them- said they would come in yesterday. I called yesterday and they said they only had a partial fill. So I was willing to take that. I called to check and they said they would be ready in 30 minutes and I would get a text. Never got a text. Called this morning and was told they had to order them. I said “you already did”. But no- they said an other store had filled my prescription. But I had that other store basically reverse it two days ago. I said “yesterday you said you had a partial fill”The response- “well they’re gone”.Do yourself a favor- go somewhere else.I only wish I could give negative stars.

Worst customer service ever! Don’t try to talk to the super selfish store manager who the employees are apparently afraid of. Really don’t get how a store manager can be so incompetent. You can tell when she lies to your face. I’ve never had to complain about a store in my life. Walgreens it is! ?

There’s something seriously wrong with this location. I repeatedly call in prescriptions here and then I’m told they are out of stock when I go to pick them up (that is, when the phone system actually lets me place the refill order, it’s always a coin toss). Staff exhibits little to no agency over their position. You will frequently interact with someone who is confused about what they’re supposed to be doing. This is a pharmacy, but the staff act as if they’re working across the street, at McDonald’s.

Horrible communication

Had a prescription called in for my daughter with an ear infection. I called at 815am and they said to call back in 5-10 minutes because they hadn't gotten to the voicemails yet. No problem, it was early. I called back 845am and they told me it would take an hour. I arrive a little after 945am to be told it will be at least another 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. They don't even pretend to feel bad or try working on it more quickly. There was literally no one else waiting.

Absolutely NO carts available! The manager said no CVS have carts anymore due to them being stolen by the homeless. As a disabled person that means I have no access to shop there. Seniors will be going to Walgreens and Rite-Aide instead.

I have been using this pharmacy for years now. I have always been treated with the utmost respect, professionalism, and care.Although most of the people in the pharmacy have all been helpful, there's definitely 1 pharmacist that has consistently gone above and beyond for me every time I have a prescription that may run into some problems. Sometimes it may be an insurance issue, or a prescription not being correct, or pretty much anything else that you can think of going wrong. Good small town feel pharmacy.

Every time I go into this CVS in fallbrook, they immediately start following me, and the manager, the lady that wears all black and blonde hair, older woman goes to every single isle im in and rudely asks me if I'm looking for something. I tell her no thank you and she starts to smack her lips! Every time it never fails! Last night was even worse, she actually called for security over the intercom to go to my isle! I honestly believe she and other employees are discriminating certain people of color! I've never stolen anything and they immediately jump all over me and don't even try to hide it! I'm calling corporate and see if they can have a talk with the employees at that store!

CVS is the go-to place for all my convenient items. Although I have my prescriptions delivered if I need them immediately I go to CVS. Birthday cards, candy for Halloween, Christmas stocking stuffers, all are easy to find at CVS.Don't forget about vaccinations. I have received my flu, COVID, and pneumonia shots there. Deodorants, perfumes, toothpaste, and shampoo all are easy to find. Quick and easy school supplies. CVS has it all.

Cashier had no idea I could pay with venmo in self check out. Watched me until the payment went through and was insistent that this was not an option available. Seems like employees are not aware this is an option. Felt uncomfortable that I was being watched until payment went through.

You see all the 1 stars below me. 100% spot on. And the people leaving 5 stars have to be staff or family. I stopped coming here years ago do to the absolute horrible service and rude staff. Had to come back today because they were the only place in town with my prescription in stock. Nothing has changed. All the staff is rude and acts as if you showing up there has ruined their day. Irene at the register hates her job and has no business dealing with customers. Even if you are friendly to her, she is miserable back. I have dealt personally with all 4 pharmacists and never had a good experience with any of them. "Jan" the lead pharmacist is referenced in a review below and it's spot on! He is rude, easily irritated, and talks to people like they are idiots. Needless to say I will drive across town next time paying $7 a gallon for gas before I ever come back to this miserable hell hole again. I would give it negative stars if i could.

ZERO!!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had! The male Asian pharmacist was absolutely HORRID to me. I had a back surgery on Thursday. My doctor sent in pain meds on Thursday afternoon. This pharmacist “John”, was working all weekend. He wouldn’t fill the medication without my doctor calling in to give a sufficient reason. It was the weekend at this point. I told him I had a back procedure and that was the reason for the meds. He mocked me! He said “I feel for you but I’m so in awe that you can sit here and talk to me right now with such awareness after such a procedure!” The AUDACITY!!!! Like I was lying?! I laid and cried all weekend. Sent multiple messages through to my doctor. My doctor finally called and gave him justification for the prescription. The pharmacist then tells me “I spoke to your doctor and his reasoning wasn’t sufficient enough to fill the meds so we will not be filling this prescription.” I waited Thursday- Monday to get these filled after a disc replacement surgery. The pharmacist had zero compassion, zero professionalism, and was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable!!! His behavior and treatment I received was appalling!!! I will never use this pharmacy again. And little does he know, I have two family members on the board at Scripps and Sharp who are very well connected to the industry and he will be reported. He can count on that. It’s all about who you know and sucks for him. Maybe get off your high horse and have respect for people!! Absolutely disgusting!

Picking up meds is one of the few things my dad does independently, with the trust of customer service over the counter. Yesterday, he came home after paying $230 for a medication that was $27 in the same parking lot, just across the street. I understand (repulsively) that medication prices change and vary depending on insurance and the market. However, allowing a disabled man to pay almost 9x the amount for medication he could get for $200 less by walking across the street is unethical and immoral. When asked politely about the increase in medicine, I was informed, carelessly and sarcastically, "he can just change his pharmacy." Losing $230 for CVS is not much. But losing $230 for a man adjusting to a social security income is everything. Informing your patients of their access and abilities could ensure they have gas in their tank or enough money for a medical appointment. I don't ask CVS to be perfect, the cheapest, or the fairest. But, taking advantage of patients and the lack of care when they do, is one of the most awful experiences I've had as a caregiver.
