I love this place first of all. It's address is 1111 special number for angels. An older gentleman does my pedicure, Jessy does my nails, Very polite, very sweet. The place is very clean. I love it always A wonderful relaxing appointment after massage on my legs. I always ask. Can I take you home? You're so good. They take their time. Make you feel specialMy Son that passed away is name Jimmy my daughter's name is JessyThat's the best. more special ?

None of my nails are even, I asked to have them fixed and he filed over it one time and ignored me..way to over priced and horrible service. Polish is not even, and does not fully cover my nail.

I got a French tip manicure, upon drying 3 of my nails had air bubbles, those were fixed however 2 days later the entire clear coat on all nails is bubbling and peeling very disappointed!!!

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been here so many times and never leave disappointed. Tony did my manicure, & Lynn did my pedicure I paid for the VIP pedicure and did not regret it at all. Hot stones, sugar scrubs, wax bags and a great shoulder massage. They're very kind and friendly here.

Although this place is usually reliable for appointments, I’ve found that they tend to rush you through appointments. I’ve also had odd experiences of the technicians telling me not to choose a color I specifically wanted and criticizing my choice. For the price they charge, the convenience isn’t worth it in my opinion. A good last minute choice and everyone is usually fairly nice but for a regular spot I’d find somewhere that spends a bit more time with you.

I went here with a friend because she recommended it, I guess she has never seen the reviews on here. But this review is for the man that works there, and the older woman who is apparently his mother. I can't speak for anyone else as I've only been once. She started my toe nails more than 10 minutes late, so my friend was done way before me. Could've let it slide but the next few parts I won't let slide. She never asked me if I wanted my nails cut or just filed. She started going to town. She filed more of my skin than my actual nails. That was painful and unpleasant. She burned me a few times with her drill, because she didn't want to soak off my gel I guess. She had cut one nail extremely short and the others were not as short but totally jagged and not even filed evenly. I asked her to please stop cutting and she kept cutting!! I waited til she was about to apply polish before taking a look to give her the benefit of the doubt in case she wasn't done?? The one nail was still extremely short, everything was uneven and jagged. I even had a nail clipping hanging on for dear life that was just still there that she was about to paint over. So I was about to get up and leave after my nails had just been completely ruined, length and shape wise. She said "my son my son" so her son came over to "fix" them and paint them. He apologized but I was still charged FULL price since when is a gel pedicure $59? Ridiculous. Bad customer service and that lady should NOT be doing anyone's nails. She does not or is not able to pay attention to detail in the least.

Great nail salon in Fallbrook! I've tried them all and this one's the best! The staff is welcoming, friendly and the mani/pedis are great! I always leave there happy and my feet looking and feeling awesome!!!
