“My battery died. So I called a different auto parts store. They told me they were unable to install my battery. So I called O'Reilly Auto Parts and spoke to Arnold. He informed me they could install my battery but to bring my car in to make sure it didn't need any special tools. Arnold was very helpful. He installed my battery and my air filter. He was very pleasant, professional and courteous. That is rare these days. Thank you Arnold.”
