This Albertsons is SO friendly and helpful. I have to give a specific shoutout to, I think it was Kate or Katie. She's a manager. I was having a crazy night and was a half hour late to get my grocery order. She was super quick and helpful to get me my groceries and was super gracious despite my flustered state. I really really appreciated that! And overall I've had consistent helpful service from this store.

This Albertsons is one of the cleanest I've seen. They have a variety of food options & my most favorite of this store are the FRESH FLOWERS!!!! They have the BEST flowers I have seen at any grocery store. I suspect their milk products aren't the best because the milk brand I get through Albertsons spoils quickly and gets a foul smell. Other than that, this Albertsons is a great grocery store! The employees are always helpful when I check out :)

I like this store. It is clean, well-lit and aisles are wide. I have 2 favorite departments, but they are all well-presented. The floral department has beautiful, long lasting orchids for a fair price. They have special boxes for the pot so it is stable to transport. I also like their produce department which has just about everything. The produce is fresh and tidy. They have good specials and many mushroom choices. This is my go to store. You should use their app because it gives some nice rewards. Load all your preferred coupons at home. The app is tied to the cell phone number so when you enter that at checkout it tracks your 'credit' for the purchase. You can get free gifts like tissues, english muffins, bucks off, the rewards offer many choices. I find the service people polite, friendly and helpful.

Alright it's time to come clean about the whole (order and get it delivered to your trunk) thing. Its not the best option if you want what you want and now! Many of the deliverers barely even put any effort in getting what you need. How do I know? Well when we did it to give them one last chance, these people didn't give no were not our groceries we wanted and did the opposite. We asked for toilet paper, but no we got paper towels and when we got in the store THERE WAS TOILET PAPERRRRR!!!! When we asked for cat food they didn't give it to us and once again found it in the store our selves. The workers that do delivery are teenagers which 'not to be rude' kinda suck at their job and think they're funny for doing mistakes and yet we still tipped them so please don't do the same mistake we made and just go in the store if you want what you want. One last thing, Albertsons have someone that has good reviews and has empathy during hours to supervise these teens so they are actually doing their job or don't hire people who have no idea what they're doing.

I have been using the curb side service for the last year and I an very happy with the customer service. The deliver to the car pretty quick and have always been kind. Like ordering on line so I can compare prices and brands and discover new products. The Deli has a great selection of pre-prepared items: hot & cold Chicken, salads, side dishes, which saves me time. I had one order with some items missing, called the Manager and she was super helpful, resolved the problem with kindness and efficiency. Due to some mobility issues, I can't go into large stores to do my shopping. I am so glad that this Albertsons has the curbside service, excellent customer service, easy parking, and lots of good products to explore. Thanks so much Albertsons!

This review is for the store itself, with a BIG SHOUT OUT to the BAKERY staff!! I ordered 370 cupcake for the Hope Clinic Gala This past week - I don't know about you but that's a lot of cupcakes - and every single person that I spoke with and dealt with was super friendly, professional, and courteous. Joplin decorated them just like the photo I wanted. Omgoodness they were fresh and delicious - thank you for all your hard work and effort

The curbside service is ok but there's so many mistakes with whoever does the shopping for the customers. There's been a few times when the curbside helpers are rude and doesn't say a word. Time to change my grocery store.

Paid for a bottle of Chardonnay by Free. Didn't ask for bags and did not ask for receipt.Got home and no wine. Called and spoke to management. She stated that, "no checker found a bottle of wine.". I drive back to the store and speak to checker. She hasn't seen it???I ask for a manager. She then says that the checker has not seen the wine. Nothing is accomplished. I say, "can you look at the video?". She then gets a higher ranking manager (dirty blonde hair, middle aged large build woman to start the process of finding another person in management and disappears upstairs for 20 plus minutes. At this point my anniversary gift is taking too long to track down. I leave my name and number at the customer service counter with another checker and purchase more wine. An hour later I hear nothing. Sad crew. There are better places to shop in Fallbrook.Two hours later I was disconnected. Eventually I spoke with Goran. He quickly offered to replace the wine.Thanks Goran!

It's like 15, min till closing i get it u guys are closing no need to stand Infront of the entrance with attitude saying we are closing , i said yes u are in 15min i takes me 5min to graph what I came in for heading to check is clear that I'm walking to check when this rude guy cuts me off he don't even look back at this point I'm pissed kk d

Great location and friendly service. Took a star off for high prices but if you're careful and use the app it really can save you a bunch. The selection is good and fresh food is ... well fresh. Clean and spacious store.

I just spent a lot of money for our standing rib roast which I don't mind doing because that's what my family likes on Christmas day. I usually get it from Albertsons in Oceanside and get served quite well. They would greet me at the meat counter with kind words and sometimes a smile too! Also, since I get such a big cut of meat and it's hard to handle, they ask if I'd like some seasonings on it before they wrap it for me. Today was a much different story. I want to call it harassment of some kind. I'm pretty sure it's because I'm not as young as I used to be and the meat guy, Alex would rather help beautiful women and I understand that, but his rudeness went above and beyond to the point that I'm actually writing a Yelp review.I arrived at the meat counter after he finished with the woman ahead of me, and he looks at me and give me a head nod. No words, just a head nod. So I head nodded him back and he head nodded me again, and I did it back to him. He finally said, "you want something?". I asked him where the rib roast that was on special was and he said, "how much you want"? I said where is it and is it a rib roast? He said that they keep it in the back, it is a rib roast, and how much did I want. I said I'd like four ribs and he said it's gonna be a few minutes. I said ok and did some shopping. I came back to the counter after a few minutes and he was doing something else. I looked at him and he head nodded me, so I head nodded him back. He said, "you want something"? I said you were getting my rib roast and he points to it on the counter without saying a word. I said oh, ok I didn't see that there and I asked him about another special they were having. He said that it was a "just for u" deal and it was located out there and points to the meat bins out in the store. I never found it and left as soon as possible.I've been shopping for many years and I have never had anyone from Albertsons treat me so disrespectfully. I am actually shocked, but sadly where I live I am limited on grocery stores so I'll have to go back, but I probably won't be visiting the meat counter anytime soon.

The store itself is 3 stars but their alcohol section is a solid 4 stars! So much selection and a lot of beers and seltzers in cold refrigeration areas.

It is not ok for all of the Starbucks employees to take all the cups for themselves and not put them out for customers to purchase. Hoarding merchandise while they're on the clock so nobody else can buy them is wrong.

Always a pleasure to grocery shop here, not typically some thing I would yelp review on but I just feel compelled to shout out to all of the smiles that I receive every time I walk through the sliding doors of this specific Albertson's in the quaint little town of fallbrook right outside camp Pendleton military base, honestly I don't think I've ever been to a friendlier grocery store. It's super clean plenty of space to shop, there's always a good stocked selection of frankly everything you could possibly want and more. The customer service is amazing, I really have to state again that everybody's super awesome they're nice they're happy and they're helpful and I've never once had a bad experience with any of The individuals that work here, honestly it makes shopping a lot more fun. I like to Crouzon right before they close at 11 o'clock so I shoot for the 10:15 PM 1030 window when there's not too many people in the store, they are typically stocking the shelves around this time so just be prepared To wiggle around the large blocks of merchandise, which really isn't difficult at all I give them five stars for all of the amazing times I walk through the doors and receive those smiles it is just made it 10 times better to go shopping. Shout out to this Albertson's and their incredible team of employees!!
