Chris has been extremely communicative, AND made himself available immediately (in less than 24 hours!!!) to visit the site/design a stair railing/write me up a quote. Very much looking forward to working with 3:23, and can’t wait to share photos of the finished product on here when he’s all done! 10/10 customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and personality :D

I wanted to give Chris Keys and his company 323 Metal Works / American Fence Co. a shout out and strong recommendation.I needed an angled metal picket fence panel to fit a 15° slope to finish my dog run fence project. I searched for a pre-fab solution on Google and quickly realized none existed, so my only option was to get it custom made. I called several fencing fabricators in the area and either never received a call back or was told the job was too small. When I called Chris, he took my call right away, said he would be happy to help, came out to take measurements within a couple days and offered a fair price to make the panel. I opted to paint it myself as the additional cost to powder coat it was expensive. Within a week, Chris’s guys delivered the panel and offered to (and did) install it for me at no extra charge. Definitely ‘old school’ service that is hard to find anymore!!! His guys also happened to have a beautiful custom gate in the back of their truck that they were heading into RSF to install, so I can attest that they not only do high quality fence fabrication but also dynamic custom gates.I will certainly use Chris and his company again for additional work. I highly recommend them!

Best custom fabricators / welding company in Southern California. These guys know their stuff and are perfectionist with the utmost customer service. They have done three separate jobs for us and we are beyond pleased with all of the pieces. Chris, Kyle, Josh and the rest of the team are amazing! We get compliments on all of our pieces from them!
